Started fine, but when one of the ceilings fixtures stopped working after 2 months(guaranteed for 2 yr on the bulbs also), after two emails and 2-3 phone calls to come out and fix the fixture which may have shorted out, he could never find a convenient time. To add insult to injury I referred him to a friend who also had problems with him and when she looked up Paul White in the AZ state register of electrical contractors he wasn't licensed. In fact while at my home he had his workers do the work and he supervised. Although a nice person, who did show up the first time to perform the services, he did not stand behind his work and now with need to find another electrician to complete it at another time.

"We are in the process of changing licensing and ownership. White brothers has been dormant for some time and will soon be relicensed. I am still addressing any warranty issues that come up. I have always stood behind our work. The customer called me about one can not working I sugguested two dates and times that I had open which didnt work for her because of her work on the first and she was leaving town for a period of time on the second, she agreed to call me when she returned from her trip and I have never heard from her. I will happily taken care of any problem and still would but I've never heard back so I assumed that she was too busy to call about it and would let me know when she had time for me to come by. .I will be calling her to make sure all is taken care of. In the customers defense I have had problems off and on with my websites email. So she may have tried to email me and I just didnt get it. I have since changed back to my old email to avoid any future problems with the email."

Paul was very responsive. When we called to get an estimate, he came out and not only was able to give us an estimate but he gave us some very good recommendations on what we should or should not do. He followed through with everything. He came in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after himself. The estimate was what we actually paid. We were very happy with his work.

The work was done over several days with some over a week apart. Paul White was helpful in making recommendations, and the end result was excellent. Ceiling fans were replaced indoors and wired and hung on the outside patio where none had previously existed. New ceiling lighting was added indoors and outdoors, and art lighting was adjusted or moved to focus on new pieces. The crew was skilled and professional. Paul White was present and involved in most all of the work that was completed, not just his crew. <br /> <br /> <br />

Another electrician had failed to show at the scheduled day/time and I called White Brothers as another choice from Angies List. They were able to send an electrician that afternoon for the quick service. The gentleman and his assistant very quickly changed the dryer plug as requested. They also vacuumed the area they had worked in and double checked the installation of the dryer. They also did a quick check for some other electrical in the home we had just moved into. Very knowledgeable and professional! Will definitely call them again when electrician services are needed!! <br />

I was very impressed with the White Brothers. They showed up, it was the right price, they did a good job, and it was a hard job. They had a very competitive price. They were very professional. I really like them and if I need an electrician again I will use them. They did a really good job. Nice guys, good work, and good price.

Good work at a good price. Finished work on time and as agreed. The only negative I can list is that the workers were told to stay and clean up the yard of all their debris and as soon as Paul White left they were gone within two minutes leaving me to clean up. <br />

I called on Sataurday to schedule service and they were able to come the very next Monday. They were on time, professional and experts in electric. We have an older home and I asked that they take a look at the whole house to see if there were any other items that we we might want to repair. I was very happy with the service I receieved and have already scheduled my next appointment to have ceiling fans replaced and some of the safety work done. So, I am using them again and would definitely recommend this provider! <br />

Called various electricians and found no-one willing to do the installation without scaffolding, which would add $325 to the job or a special ladder adding $250 to the job for just the equipment. Found White Brothers, who have a perfect size ladder for the installation with no additional charges. They were courteous, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Would use again, and plan to for another job after the holidays. Glad to have found them. <br />

It went great. They were on time and very nice and professional. Double checked with us to ensure things were they way we wanted and we quick. We originally only wanted the chandaliers done but they were so quick and great about it we asked them to do the wall sconces on the spot and got a great price too. We will be calling them in the future to add outdoor lighting and a new bathroom fixture for the shower. Very happy with the service. Glad I found them on here and used thier coupon as well. <br />

From start to finish, pure perfection!!! I called for an estimate on Friday 9/21/2012. Paul returned my call Monday morning 9/24/2012 and said he would be out later that afternoon for an estimate of services. He came out and I explained what I needed. He listened, gave me his estimate and we agreed on a date/time for the job to be done. At first we agreed to have the work done on Oct. 5, 2012. I agreed with that date. To my surprise, Paul called later that evening and said he could actually work me into his schedule the very next day 9/25/2012, which was perfect for me. Paul and Adam arrived at the scheduled time, worked quickly, got the job done, cleaned up, explained everything he did and actually showed me what had been done. All I can say is if you find yourself in need of electrical work do not hesitate to call; White Brothers Inc. Paul, the owner, is a professional and does the work he says he will do, in the timeframe he specified and at a price we agreed upon. No hidden charges. Paul answered the initial call himself. He was very polite and courteous. They actually arrived at the house ahead of time. I was very impressed with their work and professional attitude! Impressed enough that I scheduled them for installation of electrical fans that I have been putting off for several months. I highly recommend White Brothers Inc!!!!! <br /> <br />

They responded to my email quickly <br /> They scheduled the appointment for 7am <br /> They showed up ON TIME!!! <br /> They protected my floors and furniture with drop cloths <br /> They were done with all the projects in less than two hours even though they had to fish wiring through the attic and wall <br /> They cleaned up after themselves <br /> They were courteous and respectful <br /> This was a great experience in all possible ways. The only "complaint" I have is that they do not accept credit cards. But the owner is looking into options to make this happen so hopefully by the time you use them, they will accept credit cards too! <br />

My main breaker blew on a Thursday night in the summer which knocked out all my 220 power including both my AC units as well as some of my 110 power. I called White Brothers around 9pm that evening and by 7am the next morning, Paul returned my call and was at my home by 8am. I explained I wasn't planning to stay in the home very much longer and wanted an affordable solution that would be safe. Paul did a great job and replaced the main breaker that same day for a very affordable price. He also discovered other breakers that had blown and fixed those in the process. I was very satisfied with Paul's promptness, professionalism, and affordability. I would definitely call him with any future electrical problems I encounter.
