While Eric was at my home to install a central heat/air conditioning system I asked if he had time to take a look at my dishwasher. Eric found that the water shut off valve for my dishwasher was not opening completely and there wasn’t enough water filling the dishwasher. Eric replaced the shut off and he found the water hose to have deteriorated on the inside. Eric explained that the rubber inside the hose collected and clogged the water valve. He showed me that there was an internal screen that just need to be cleaned, and that saved my valve! Outstanding Service! Eric will be my go to from now on.

Our kitchen sink was leaking and causing mold issues in the cabinet below. Eric was very friendly and efficient in his communication and coming out to help. The problem was resolved quickly and we are extremely happy with our service! Will definitely recommend to others.

I ended up spending more money than expected but I felt very fortunate that I found him. I didn't feel rip off. He was professional and honest. I've already recommended him to my friend.

Initially, I felt nothing but confidence when I hired Eric Demeo, back in mid October, 2021. He charged a $95 quote fee to check out the job. He conveyed competence and honesty. The work was scheduled the week of 10/27 which is when we had a Noreaster. This delayed the work and made the procurement of an "auto feeder and backflow valve" very challenging. This a $230 part at plumbing supply houses. He charged me $750 which is a 226% markup. He stated that this valve had a "gold lining" to support the higher temperatures of the boiler system. I spoke to three plumbing supply houses and researched the manufacturer's website- there is no gold lined valve. Also, the feeder and valve combo that he installed is used for baseboard heating, not steam heaters. In order to install this, he had to drain the water out of my system- a lot of which ended up on the floor. Once the water supply valve was re-opened, the auto feeder that he installed- flooded my heating system with 36 gallons of water. Water was coming out of the valve stems on the radiators. Also, the quality of his solders were very poor and sloppy with the solder dripping down the pipe- looks like wax dripping down a candle. He then thought that the transformer and the relay was faulty. He was going to come back to install it. At this point, I had grown very wary of his work and requested an invoice and breakdown of what had been completed. He failed to produce one fore me. He became unreliable and blew off a one of the agreed upon work days which I took time off from work for. Finally, I told him that I no longer needed his help. I was $1,050 in the hole with Eric and I still didn't have a working heating system. When I hired a new heating specialist, the following was done: -36 gallons of what was drained due to Eric's incompetence -the valve stems on the radiators were tefloned and the radiators were pitched to support proper drainage -continuity testing was done on the electrical system which uncovered that the pilot ignition module was shorting -total cost: $900 I contacted Eric requesting some kind of a refund. I requested that he return $500 which was more than fair given that he incorrectly installed a part and ripped me off on it. He stated that he would return $250 by the end of the week, and $250 the week after. This was agreed on back in December. I have not heard back from him and he no longer returns my texts. I could forgive the incompetence as I do not believe that he intended to do more harm than good. However, Eric refuses to make this right despite ample time and an abundance of fairness. Dishonest and unfair contractors are individuals that we need less of. As home owners, we trust your word and expect fair and quality work.

Obviously very knowledgeable. Was extremely thorough in checking out entire refrigerator/freezer. I would hire him again, without reservation.
