White Siding & Windows Co

We hired Rick to do James Hardie Siding, but he did not manage our job. He handed our project to a subcontractor without notifying us. They did not install the siding correctly by following James Hardie install requirements, building codes and damaged our personal property. We contracted with Rick, not the subcontractors. Rick did nothing to help. Our siding is void of warranty in multiple areas on our home. The siding and damage still needs to be repaired. After the subcontractor stopped working, Rick walked off the job and told us to hire other contractors to finish the work. However, he contacts us to try to receive payment. We reserved from sharing our negative experience hoping that he would step up to make things right, but he hasn’t. Beware of his good reviews.

New windows make a big difference in keeping us warmer. They were awesome in installing the new windows. Would definitely use them again.

Rick White is a first-class professional who knows his business and deals with customers with honesty, integrity, and fairness. His workers are also very professional and very good at their craft, As they were finishing their work, Rick stopped in to review and point out to me what they had done. From the first time Rick came to my home I felt very comfortable with his professionalism.  I had a number of other contractors come to my home for bids but I never had the comfort level that I had with Rick.  Rick's price was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive.  My installation was a bit challenging to say the least as we had to deal with snow and delays due to snow but Rick and his guys completed my job and did a great job in keeping my house clean.  I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for new windows and siding.  You will get a fair price and a great installation experience.

Rick was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. The price was reasonable. The work was started within 2 weeks of our acceptance of the quote. His workers were very professional. they cleaned up the area every night before leaving. The work was done in 1 week for 1400 sq ft. I would highly recommend White siding and windows. <br />

We could  not be happier with both the product and the service we <br /> received. The window is beautiful and far met our expectations. The <br /> workers were very professional and left my home looking like they were <br /> never even there. They had to work inside of our front flower bed to <br /> install the window and I could tell that they even took the time to make <br /> sure they didn't step on any of out flowers. I know it's a small thing, <br /> but it told me how much they care about their customers. <br />

Rick returned my call for an estimate within 24 hours and made an appointment within 2 days. He gave me a written estimate stating all work that would be completed. When asked, Rick gave me names and phones of previous customers. After calling them and getting excellent recommendations, I selected Rick and his company to perform the work. He required a 10% deposit which I thought was quite reasonable, and he gave me an approximate start date. The project started on time and took approximately 6 and 1/2 days to complete. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. The workmen were prompt and very courteous, and performed their jobs very skillfully. I would highly recommend Rick and his staff without hesitation.
