The owner David Whitman took my deposit of $2680 and never came back to do the work. He is scamming homeowners and he should not be able to do licensed work in the state of NY....BEWARE

took money and never showed up lied on many occasions. i canceled contract and he refused to return money i intend to report him to better business .

It started out great, then bad weather, then the run around. Refuses to return phone calls. We gave him over 12k and have received nothing in return, but 30 sheets of plywood, and some rolls of sealant. The contract was to start Oct. 3rd, then with bad weather it was understandably postponed. Then when they did show up, they realized the old owner of house put plywood on top of 3 layers and then there was another 3 layers. Because of that the price went up, understandable again. But the workers never show up when they say they will and there is never a return phone call. Also in the beginning he put a tarp on my leaking roof and I was very thankful, but it has since blown off and they told me they were going to come back and fix, they never did and now tarp is hanging off roof between my house and my neighbors and roof is leaking again and more shingles blowing off. Not a very professional way to treat a client.
