The crew came to the house and modified their way of working to accommodate the tight work space. They were friendly and went above what they had to do by saving my flowers out of my flower bed before they began digging out the space. They answered my questions and explained how things were going. The company owner often checked in by phone and in person to communicate with me regarding the job.

Everything looks excellent. Very happy with all the work completed.

Wonderful. Everything was talked about up front, I picked out all my fixtures and they worked with me on any changes I wanted throughout project. All the workers were very professional and easy to talk to. The project turned out great!

I am a partner in a home improvement company in Lancaster, PA but it is nearly impossible for me to pull my crew off of jobs to have them do work on my cabin since it is 3 hours away. I hired William back in 2016 to put on a new deck and replace my siding and gutters and I was so impressed with his work, I hired him again in 2017 to redo my carport and replace the walkways at my place. He is extremely professional and does a fantastic job.

They told me exactly what they would do, and they did it. They gave me some suggestions that made my project even better.

Once you get them to do the work, they do a good job. Getting them to correct work is a problem.

From the start to finish the owner William was very informative. There were several instances & extras that came about being the building was let go and repaired badly, but William brought everything to my attention right a way and also had a plan and estimate of what it would take to continue on in the best economical manner. William took every step needed to complete this job including going to a Historical Committee meeting on "his own time" to ensure the integrity of the contract. They showed up very early and worked well into the day, every weather permitting day. (being it is winter time and they were replacing the roof) I pleasantly never had to guess where they were on progress being they kept in contact well and every time I visited the site, the progression was very obvious. They cleaned up the area well after completion and the water leak problems I have had since I started to manage this building have now CEASED totally and the tenants are even "thumbs up" on how it looks. William's crew are very respectful and polite & were also very polite to my tenants which makes me even happier. The building looks amazing now which raises the value and adds much more curb appeal. <br />
