They took my 40% deposit and couldn't find time to do the work. They sent a subcontractor to my house after I asked them not to and he tripled the cost of the work. No work had been performed yet. I said I could no longer afford the work and asked for them to return my deposit. About 1.5 months later they stopped returning my calls or texts. And they refused to mail me a check. Only after I called the police and filed a consumer fraud complaint with the Indiana attorney general did they return my deposit money. Dont be fooled by how nice they appear to be.

The level of quality of work they performed was horrific to say the least. When asked about them repairing the horrible work, they ignored calls, indicated they did what was asked and then ignored text and calls. The result is a staircase that is unsafe and made out of scrap wood with a railing on the stairs made of landscaping timbers. Additionally, when adding the railing to the deck to make it safe they left a 12 foot gap in an area that is 5 feet of of the ground. When questioned about the work, as we were in another state, they lied that the gap didn't exist. If I could attach pictures to this I would just to save anyone else from giving these people any money. Bottom line they are incapable of delivering the quality and safe work they promise and giving them any money is a mistake as you will have to find another company to fix their unacceptable and unsafe work.

I've worked with Who 2 Call on several different occassions and have always been extremely impressed, not only with the quality of work, but the responsiveness, timeliness, and price! It doesn't get better than these guys!!
