After signing for the service the provider never showed up. When contacted by phone, his excuse was he was swamped by all the response the Angies listing had created and he was way behind in service calls. When he finally did show up 4 weeks after the phone call he made an application and was gone. Second application occurred about four weeks later. Towards the end of the season we received notice that the company had sold out to another company and they would be providing the service. The fianl service was handled by the second company. <br /> <br />This whole experience begs the question about the advertised claims of Angies List. It appears any new start-up compay in this case a guy with a truck and a chemical tank can just pay his money to Angies List and get a positive recommendation even though he hasnt been in business long and within months is out of business. The fact the business address was a PO box should have been a clue to Angies List this wasn't a long term business. It appears Angies List is more about the quick turn-around on the listings and less about the actual quality of service providers. <br />

Service started off really good. They broke a couple of sprinkler heads, but they fixed them. Then they broke front glass on storm door and said they would credit me on my account, which they never did. Then supposedly sold the business and billed me through a collection department for a service that he provided, but said he would credit me for the broke window. <br />

Good work, they are responsive and extremely fast. They are in and out of my lawn in 10-15 minutes each time they come. The guys have always been friendly and easy to work with. <br />

Setup of services was quick and easy. The crew comes on their scheduled day and does a really nice job of mowing, trimming, edging and cleaning off the grass clippings from the walks and driveway. The yard looks great when they're done. <br />

Who's gonna mow it has always done a really great job mowing my lawn. There is a lot of complicated edging in my yard and they have always done a great job. Now that they have added in fertilization I think I have the best yard in the neighborhood. <br />

<p>Ryan answered his phone, which was the first service that answered when I called them. I have been trying to get a lawn service for the past four weeks, and having Ryan answer the phone, well this made my day. He asked all the important questions about my lawn and was able to schedule my lawn service for the same week. </p> <br />

He forgot to put me on the schedule the 1st week. They did come the next week, a little later than planned, but did a good job when here. I plan to try them for a month and see how it goes.

Ryan called me back immediately upon getting my call and was in my neighborhood doing other lawns that day so was able to start that same day. He was responsive and is great to work with. It's pretty basic work and there are sometimes a few strange lines missed but for the price and usual great service we are pleased. <br />

With a large yard, a bum knee, and a broken lawn mower, I was in need of a weekly yard maintenance service for edging, mowing. I researched many companies on Angie's List. I called Ryan Holladay and left a message, he called back right away and we arranged weekly service. <br /> My lawn was at least 2 mowing's behind and in bad need of edging. Ryan worked hard to get it into shape and it looks beautiful. <br /> Last week I noticed a broken sprinkler pipe so we talked to Ryan about it. Though Ryan does not offer repair service, he referred us to someone who would be able to help us. <br /> Ryan is reliable and professional, with reasonable pricing and does a beautiful job. He offers many convenient ways to pay, including PayPal - my favorite. I would highly recommend that you call Ryan Holladay at 'Who's Gonna Mow It?' to handle your yard maintenance. <br />

My previous yard work guys never showed up at all this year. Didn't return any of my calls, no response. So, as you can imagine, if your yard had not been mowed or trimmed at all as of today 4/17, my yard looked Horrible. Researched Lawn and Yard Work on Angie's List today and, solely based on the ratings and reviews provided for this company, I called their phone # and left a voice message. Followed that with an email on their website and, got a return call in about 1 hour! Asked if there was any chance of getting service today or, ASAP? The owner said, they would Try to get out here today but, due to rainy weather this week, they were already behind catching up on all the customers who they couldn't service due to the rain. Well, guess what? They were out here today, before dark and, did an marvelous job. I couldn't be more satisfied and just signed up with their service for the rest of the season. Will definitely have them do fertilization and aeration services as well. I would recommend them Highly! <br />

When I submitted the request for estimate, Ryan immediately responded and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. My husband requested that he come to the house and walk the yard with us to discuss additional charges which might be requested, such as trimming trees and bushes, etc. Ryan arrived at the house and we agreed to use his company. He aerated the lawn and fertilized before he left. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Since the mowing season has not yet started, we have no knowledge of his work in that regard but feel confident that he will be here when he says he will and that the work will be performed satisfactorily. We will add to this review at that time. <br />

Ryan and his team are great. We've been using them for two years now. If there is anything you need fixed or changed about your service, Ryan will bend over backwards to fix it. In the off season, he also does some handyman work if you ask. We've used him do so countless projects around the house that I haven't been able to get to over the last two winters. <br />

They were very responsive and kept me updated on when they would arrive. (We had to delay the aeration for a few days due to the weather.) They were fast, did a good job and seemed eager to please. <br />
