We called Wildlife Evictors based on a friend's recommendation and were not disappointed. There were multiple raccoons driving us crazy making noise in the soffit area on the back of our house. Shinyan came over, found the entry point and installed an exit door, but some of the raccoons wouldn't leave after mangling the exit door. I suggested he install the exit door where the vent is located, so Shinyan installed the exit door there, and they left shortly thereafter. After we were assured they were definitely gone, Shinyan came back and reinstalled the vent. He repairs the house entry points with metal and paints over the metal to blend in with the house. He is punctual and followed up so I didn't have to call him to come back. We were impressed.

They were punctual and professional, did the job thoroughly and even added complimentary services (free gutter cleaning and removal of branches of trees growing over the roof that would allow squirrels access). The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns. Seldom does someone over deliver on a small project like this but Wildlife Evictors certainty did on our project. Tightened up loose gutter and even blew of the driveway. I recommend Wildlife Evictors without reservation, and will definitely call them if I am ever again in need. They were the last of several companies I called, but the first to respond. In spite of the fact that Shinya was only there to provide an estimate, he removed the dead mother raccoon from my attic and took it away with him. After I hired him, he was extremely responsive in spite of my calling him several times when I thought I heard more babies in the attic--all false alarms. His crew was prompt, completely thorough, and entirely professional. They found and blocked off every possible entrance point, and even trimmed overhanging branches from the trees near the house. In addition, Shinya clearly cares about wildlife and will even relocate animals when possible. His work is guaranteed for a year, and I have had no further problems in the months since he did the work.

We were able to trap the rodent - in fact 2. Shinya came back to following week and felt that the cold weather had driven the creatures in to the warmth. That seems to have done the trick and we have had no further evidence of a creature in our home. He is going to come one more time to make sure all is well. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend this company.

Roof and gutter cleaning went very well.

I found a snake on my front porch. Wildlife Evictors was quick to respond to my call. They came out and spoke to me briefly. Did their thing and left. You never know if these things are going to work or not but I can say my next door neighbor found a copperhead in her garage and it crawled into her front yard. That snake never came over here. It stayed in her yard and even bite her dog. That snake never came over her. A little later I found a copperhead dead in front of my house. It looked like he was trying to leave my yard and go over to my neighbors yard. So I would say that the service work. I will call them again in the spring.

It was excellent. I was able to schedule very quickly and get it done.

Shinya come out 7 am in the morning to fit in with my schedule. He thoroughly inspected my gutter situation and gave my suggestion on what gutter repair/replacement should be done. He did not try to upsell any of his own service. He cleaned up clogged spots of my gutter so I can wait for the repair/replacement been done by a gutter company.
