They were not prepared with the right equipment. They were not careful with the furniture. I have a big scratch in the top of a sofa table. Did not use shrink wrap even though they had it. They were pleasant but did not take suggestions when made to care for items or with the order of moving items.

Not well. I chose this company because they had an A rating on Angie's List. I won't go into all the details, but they were scheduled to come on a Monday afternoon and because the job before mine was bigger than they thought, they didn't come until Tuesday morning. That part was understandable although we did wait for them all afternoon. Three men arrived and started to come in without masks. (I'm a senior citizen and I try to be careful about not exposing myself to Covid.) I asked them if they could wear masks and they said sure, but 2 of them didn't have masks. I provided them. Although it was a rainy morning, they did not have shoe covers or lay down anything to protect the floors. (I have new white carpet in my bedroom.) When we put the furniture in my daughter's bedroom we saw that there were scratches on the front of the cherry chest and on one poster of the 4-poster bed. They were apologetic, but seemed rather clueless as to how such a thing could have happened. They said maybe things could have shifted in the truck and rubbed against each other. They did call their boss who told me they would send a form so I could file an insurance claim. He apologized for all the trouble and the damage and said he wouldn't charge for the move. (I hadn't said anything to him about the masks or the shoes and had not asked him to waive their fee.) I really liked these people, but they are not professional. I don't blame the actual movers because I think they mean well but have not been properly trained. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend them.

I am very happy with how my move went with Triple Berry Moving. I appreciated the emails sent prior to my move informing me how to prepare for the move day. The movers were on time and very professional. They made sure to protect my glass items and didn’t hesitate to ask questions to ensure how I wanted things. I am really impressed how time efficient they were. I will definitely be scheduling my next move with Triple Berry!!

At first we were happy with Red Cheetah until they damaged one of our tables during the move. I have contacted them 5 times now trying to get necessary paperwork to finish filing our claim with their third party insurance provider. Conveniently for them, no one is returning my calls or emails so our insurance claim can’t move forward. We are very disappointed with the total lack of customer service from Red Cheetah. I do not recommend them and feel their B rating with Angie’s List is a joke. If you are moving, keep looking for a different company to work with.

Three guys worked all day long with few breaks moving lots off stuff, including huge heavy pieces; They were hard workers, knew what they were doing, professional and completely finished the job even though it all took longer than we anticipated.

They worked very fast and very efficient, even with our kids trying to help. They wrapped all things that needed it with blankets and tape. Some of our furniture was old and they still treated ever item as their own. I would definitely recommend this moving team to everyone. Plus their rates were hard to beat. They were great!!!

PLEASE READ! The worst movers I've ever had when I moved in July 2018 from Indy to Ohio. Damaged my floor with a refrigerator they took out the front door without using a dolly. Damaged my new LG stainless refrigerator by not padding it in the truck. I now tape pictures to cover the damage on the fridge. When they disconnected the fridge from the waterline, they broke the valve and I had water literally spraying like a hose from the connection. Cost me $400 and an emergency call to the plumber. Broke my desk, broke the front of a mirrored dresser. I still cannot find cords and things that went with items, remotes and controllers. Broke a lampshade and some lanterns, pictures because they didn't take the time to wrap things and just threw them in the truck. Owner's girlfriend promised to "look into things" and came back to me with lies from the men who packed and moved me. Very disreputable company. I cannot warn you enough. And I am still going to sue them, for sure. Absolutely ridiculous what I went through. PLEASE PLEASE do not use these guys. They are sloppy, disrespectful and dishonorable.

On December 17, 2018, I booked a reservation with Red Cheetah for December 21st. I was told that the schedule was wide open, and I asked for a time of arrival for 12-1 P.M. I would have used Two Men and a Truck since they did an outstanding job with my previous move, however used you instead based upon recommendations from my realtor and reviews on Angie’s List. I received multiple confirmations from Red Cheetah, via text, and felt confident in being able to get moved in without a lot of drama. Day of move, Red Cheetah had not showed up by 3:00. I believe that the Red Cheetah person I spoke to was Alaina and she told me that the move before me was taking more time than anticipated and that the crew would be delayed. I believe that she told me that they would be arriving closer to 3:30. At this point, I started to panic and ask for other options. She stated that the next day was booked and was hazy about being able to fit me in. I asked about breaking the two stops up and she said that if I did that, I’d have to pay for two separate moving charges. 3:30 came and went with no movers. I made additional phone calls to the office and was met with a kind of “matter of fact” attitude that I would just have to wait. At some point I contacted my realtor and she tried to help with the situation but was unable to get anywhere. With everything packed up and the holidays approaching, I felt backed into a corner and just waited for the truck to finally call. At this point, I was tired, disappointed, stressed and panicked. I did not feel like my move was a priority to Red Cheetah. The crew finally gave me a call and arrived at the storage unit at about 5:00. They said that the previous client kept making them move the furniture around which caused the delay. They also asked if I wanted to try to reschedule and I expressed concern about the vagueness in availability for rescheduling. I got the sense that the crew was tired and hoping that I would reschedule so that they could be done for the night, (the movers also mentioned that it was payday) but I decided to forge ahead because all my bedding was already packed, and I didn’t know when I’d be able to get in before the holidays. The crew then said that protecting my stuff by wrapping would take 1.5 hours more and said that if I bypassed that, they would get done faster. They assured me that they did this all the time and would be careful. Then they let me know I’d have to sign a waiver about furniture damage, again assuring me that they would be careful and that “they did this all the time.” I reluctantly signed the waiver, again feeling backed into a corner. At this point, the move was a kind of a melee. The crew didn’t have anything to prop the storage unit door open with and so I put a birdbath in place so that they didn’t have to open it each time. While the leader of the crew seemed competent, one of the guys seemed extremely lax about my items. At one point, he lifted a cabinet with a glass lid up on the ramp without taping the front and the door swung wide open. Luckily, he was far enough up on the ramp that it the door didn’t hit the ground. Rather than wrapping it shut with plastic, he then taped it shut with brown tape and put it in the truck. I tried to grab as many fragile items for my car, as I could, to decrease the overall amount of damage. After finally emptying out the storage unit, we headed over to my apartment complex where I cringed as the truck struggled to park because it was so late, and the lot was full. The truck went up on the curb as I envisioned my belongings being jostled around with no protection. After seeing the way that the storage unit items were handled, I did ask that a couple of items be wrapped before going on the truck. I didn’t trust the entire crew to be careful with them at this stage in the game. In one case, I specifically requested that two of the workers handle an item versus the third guy. We arrived at my new home at around 8:00 p.m. (I’m sure that my neighbors weren’t happy with that on the Friday night before Christmas). The crew started unpacking and I was told that they had encountered the first casualty (a rolling kitchen cart). At this point, I realized that there was significant risk that many of my items would be damaged. The kitchen table was scratched on the top along with some of the chairs, I am pretty sure that the team broke the frame on an antique mirror (didn’t see if firsthand and so can’t be sure) and in general, other pieces of furniture had at least some small ding caused by the move. I was relieved that I had taken as many items as possible and put them into my car (but also exhausted from hauling so many things myself.) We ended at 10:00 P.M. and the crew couldn’t find a pen for me to sign the final paperwork (and so I didn’t sign it). The crew lead said he would sign on my behalf. They also let me know about the tip policy. While I gave each of them a tip, I emphasized that it wasn’t because I thought that the company had done a good job. All in all, this was the most stressful move that I have experienced and one of the worst cases of professionalism by a vendor that I’ve worked with, especially with such high ratings on Angie’s List. When I receive great service, I always try to give a great review in Angie’s List and I’ve done that on multiple occasions. When I’ve received poor service and no response from management, I do put in a rating that I think is fair. In this case, all around, it would be an F. I think that the picture of the broken rolling cart speaks volumes. On January 11, 2019, I sent Red Cheetah a certified letter asking for a call and some type of resolution. My realtor also followed up with them. I also put in a “F” rating on Angie’s List asking that the manager call me. I received no follow-up. I held off on putting a review on Angie’s List because I want to make sure that the manager was aware of what happened and had a chance to make it right first. No one ever followed up.

There were five men who did the move. No one seemed to be in charge. At least one of the movers was working for the first time. I was told at one point that the couch in the basement could not be moved so I asked for a manager to access the situation. He came to the house and the couch was moved out of the basement but was damaged and dirty by the time it got to the new address as was the beadboard wall. The feet of the couch were left at the old address. I paid for floor protection at both houses for $100 and it consisted of one cut up cardboard box at one house and a sheet of paper at the other house. My washing machine was not secured internally and was damaged beyond repair resulting in having to purchase a new one. The matress to the queen was torn and dirty because it was not wrapped properly. A cupboard was broken, a chair leg was broken, as was the doorbell on the wall. I could go on. I was told to file a claim with their insurance company. I was given 10 days to do so with pictures and estimates. The claim was done online. I sent it in within 9 days. About two months later I received an email denying my claim because I had not signed the claim in time. I've contacted the Insurance company a few times and have gotten the same response. I am so upset to have to go through the bad move, have substantial damages and get no compensation.

Red Cheetah provided a competitive bid, friendly and competent employees, and worked with us when our closing was delayed by six days - even though the trucks were already loaded. I highly recommend Red Cheetah.

This organization is unethical and employs bait and switch tactics. Here's a short list (1) they did not follow their quote; (2) one of the trucks broke down in the driveway and they did not deduct anything for this down time; (3) the movers got into a shouting argument, cursing at one another, in our home; and (4) furniture was damaged and/or not put together correctly. Beware and do not use this company.

"We are extremely sorry that you feel like this toward our company after your move with us on July 13. We would love to get on the phone to discuss your experience in further detail through phone but in case you do not decide to call us back we will address your statements here. You were charged for 10.5 hours of labor and your estimate was for 8 hours. Every estimate that we give is just that, an estimate and while we try to be as accurate as possible, the actual time spent can be longer or shorter than the estimated time given (due to multiple factors like more/less items being moved, rain, etc.). This is stated in the estimate that is emailed to you, within the confirmation email given once you book your move, and on the paperwork that is signed off on the day of move. On the day of your move, one of the trucks did breakdown (to our surprise as that truck is less than a year old and is routinely maintenanced). We were able to get the truck up and running within about 45 minutes and it was agreed between the office and Chris (the signer of the paperwork) that we would take one hour off of the labor time to account for the unexpected downtime. In regards to the damages/ furniture not being put together correctly, there was nothing that was communicated to the movers or the office (on the day of move or any days prior to this review) that states that you had any damages or items were not put together correctly. In fact, we have a survey that is filled out after every move where the customer checks off on everything being complete. Chris circled "No" to the question of were there any damages and marked "Yes" when asked if based on his experience, would he refer Red Cheetah Moving to friends and family. We take customer feedback (particularly negative) very seriously. Please call us immediately at 317-863-8889 if you wish so we can discuss."
