The best quote for the job, I got 5 quotes. Why Wiley Roofing? The price was right. Wes came around and assessed the work and left a quote, He answered all of my questions efficiently and without adding any sales spiel. On arrival, the job was carried out efficiently, and with minimum interruption. The roof looks brand new and the mess which inevitably happens was cleared as if they hadn't been at all. HIGHLY recommend. I will definitely be using Wiley's Pressure Washing again!

Poor quality. While the roof was cleaned I had to spend a half day cleaning up the mess. There is also staining on the gutters, downspouts and house from overflow during the washing. They did not bother to clean that, so there is more labor for me. They also washed the driveway and sidewalk and managed to miss a whole section. Do not hire them.

"Spent 2 hours rinsing off house gutters walkways there was no mud on any hard surfaces. any staining was prewash and not included in our bid if he wanted his gutter faces pressure washed ask for a bid. this concrete section is his neighbors section and also not in the bid. He had a week after wash prior to treatment to address any issues with my work and said nothing about it. Roof looks amazing as well as the rest of the work. 20 years in the business thousands of satisfied customers and its not from poor workmanship. some people are just not happy no matter what you do to please them. a negative consumer, poor communication"

Nick who did the actual power washing was fantastic and Iam pleased with results. Mr. Wiley and I needed to improve our communication skills in regards to moss prevention measure. Still waiting to hear back from him regarding where the MP was sprayed. I would hire them again but with a little better communication.
