Perfectly. This family-owned company was informative, responsive, timely and professional. I didn't have to do a thing (except be home) as they took care of all county permits, etc. Totally painless.

Willard were great. Very easy and friendly to deal with, knew their stuff. They dealt with getting the permit, showed up on time, drained the old tank, made it go away, and certified that it got recycled. As a homeowner, it's a bit disconcerting to have this sort of environmental hazard around, but they took care of it in a stress-free way.

Willard provided excellent prompt service. They took care of all aspects if my oil tank replacement including transferring oil to the new tank, county permits and inspection reports needed to put the new tank into service. Premium quality materials and workmanship should give me years of trouble free service.

Very well. The crews were always prompt, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions. They transferred recoverable oil from our old tank into the new one, and filled the old tank with concrete to the inspector's specifications and satisfaction, then connected the new tank to our furnace. We had a concern shortly after installation, which was addressed straightaway to our complete satisfaction.

If you need to replace your underground oil tank, then you're freaking out about the expense and possible catastrophic complications. So do yourself a favor and call Willard. This wonderful family company makes everything easy. <br> <br>Our very positive experience started with the initial visit by Josh. Then company owner Billy Willard answered all our many questions. Considering the options, we decided to purchase a Roth tank. Not just more compact than other brands, it also has a 30-year warranty. Willard is the only company in Virginia certified to install Roths. <br> <br>Our work was scheduled quickly. Willard called Miss Utility and also our county -- we didn't have to do a thing. The Roth tank fit neatly into our garage and Billy and his crew took great care with every detail of its complicated installation. The removal of our underground tank went really well too, even though the tank turned out to be quite deep. Frank and Josh worked very carefully to expose but not damage the old tank, and to transfer oil into the new tank. Then the old tank was prepared so the residual oil could be pumped for recycling. We hadn't even realized this step would take place, because Willard had made all the arrangements. Next the tank was lifted and soil samples were taken. Then, using a truckload of fill Willard supplied as well as the excavated soil, the enormous hole was filled, carefully graded and sown with grass seed. <br> <br>You can imagine how many heavy vehicles were in motion to accomplish all this, yet there was not the slightest damage to our fence, landscaping, driveway or house. <br> <br>Meanwhile, Tim was connecting the new Roth tank to our furnace, working with ingenuity around the maze of ducting. pipes and wires in our basement. He wasn't satisfied until he was sure the connection was perfect. <br> <br>We thought the entire crew was awesome, and that opinion was validated when the county fire inspector approved everything they'd done. The Willards and Josh Delaney were not just expert, they were really friendly and considerate. It was a pleasure to have them around, They turned what had been a huge nightmare into a perfectly executed solution. <br>

December of 2011 I had a geothermal system installed by TLC for Me Heating and Air Conditioning. As part of the job they had to remove and remediate a buried 500 gallon home heating oil tank that had been in the ground since 1976. Willard Environmental handled the environmental remediation. Mr. Willard was extremely professional. He was on site during the removal of the tank and oversaw the entire process. He handled all the tank removal permits and paperwork. For his part the entire process went very smoothly and was painless for me. I had no issues at all. <br />

Great. He did the job. Gave me the readings. Discussed what it meant in terms of practical realities and what it meant in terms of government rules and regulations on how get to where I wanted to go without running afoul of those reg's. Took a fair amount of time to make sure I understood everything.... than when I called with additional questions he answered freely. <br />

We were without heat due to a leaking oil tank. No heating oil could get to the furnace and we had several cold nights. <br /> The installation was done on a holiday (Veteran's Day) and he squeezed my appointment and it took less than 3 hours. I was really happy with the price and the willingness to do the work right away. His price beat four other competitors. Best price & quality work. <br /> To others I recommend getting three quotes, plus going online. Willard services has a website. Fill the details and Mr Willard will email you with a quote within 36 hours. My invoice had in writing the 10 year warranty for the Granby tank. <br /> I was a happy camper with the price, honesty, work, and completion. No punches were pulled and no surprises for additional charges at the end project completion. <br />
