took this company weeks to get back to me after I bought the groupon - they got mad because I sent an email about how they would not reply to get the work scheduled that I bought! since it was over 30 days Angies List gave me a credit - NOT my money back.

Extremely well. We agreed on the additional cost which was very reasonable. The entire job took four more days than the original job of 4 hours and Brian kept his entire crew on our project. We are extremely happy with the result.

The first job was okay. The second job was very lousy. I feel like he overcharged me to do the work, and he didn't even finish it. I've had a really hard time getting in touch with him about fixing the problems that he's created. The water doesn't drain off the concrete that he fixed, and his helper destroyed my wall when installing a patio door. I’ve called multiple times and e-mailed, both the husband and wife, multiple times and haven’t gotten any response. I'd be very using him if I were you. I don't plan to. I'd like for him to either come back and fix the issues, or refund my money so I can hire someone else to redo the work properly.

Brian and his crew performed all of the work in a very professional manner and successfully brought the project to a successful conclusion in a timely manner at a reasonable cost, overcoming in the process numerous obstacles and challenges. Not only did Brian produce a completely professional quality product, but he contributed to the re-modeling design itself, continuously making excellent suggestions. His creativity led to solutions to numerous problems (for example the bathroom not being square, excessive humidity in crawl space, inefficient utilization of space, etc) that has made the house both visually attractive inside as well as optimally functional. Moreover, he ensured that the repairs were done to code, making several difficult changes just to pass inspections (such as channeling ventilation pipes, water heater accessibility, plumbing design in tight spaces, electrical wiring, etc). The bathrooms in particular turned out to be works of art, making the best use of limited space. As someone who was trying to renovate the house for investment purposes, I value highly the talents of Brian and would certainly like to make use of his services in the future.

I bought a Big Deal for 4 hours of work. Contractor took 2.5 months to schedule the work and then didn't show up for the agreed appointment. Contractor also repeatedly did not respond to emails asking for a schedule. They also ignored the "availability" schedule that Angie's list uses to schedule work on Big Deals. My opinion is that this is unacceptable.

did NOT go - they never called - NEVER showed up......

Everything went extremely well I could not have asked for a better company will hire them to complete any other services needed for my home and would recommend to family and friends over anyone else.
