WILLIAMS CONCRETE

Williams Concrete would often not appear as scheduled or arrive late- and this would occur after multiple calls. Mr. Williams would leave the staff at the residence without clearly communicating the project tasks to his staff, resulting in multiple errors. Initially, I was pleased with how the concrete overlay looked and paid in full plus a bonus; however, w/in 3 wks there were cracks and breaks in the overlay. I repeatedly contacted Mr. Williams via phone and text message and he indicated that he would return and fix the overlay, as well as set of stairs that were also installed incorrectly in another area of my yard, but he never returned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CONCRETE PROJECTS!!

The project was completed professionally and on schedule. Williams Concrete also came up with solutions for additional situations in the project that originally were outside of the scope of their work that provided B&G Equipment with a faster and less expensive solution.
