Lee is very rude. He complained about coming back several times. I was upset they did not paint behind my refrigerator and stove. They did not patch any nail holes or damage in the walls, saying they couldn't do that on a mobile home. I know for a fact that it is wrong; all drywall can be patched. So those areas look like s***. I specifically requested that they remove anything on the walls, and they missed several things, so that had to be done when they came back to paint behind my appliances. I realise that I should have noticed some of the things still on the walls, but I have lived with those things for a long time and it is easy to overlook them. That is why I told them to take everything off the walls. I have already hired someone else to fix all of their mistakes, and I am mad about the extra costs! For the price, my house should have been perfect. The trim work was minor, but it wasn't included in my original estimate, and I had to pay extra over the $ 6,200. This is for a 16x60 mobile home, and I understood that the outside painting took a lot of time. However, that was still a lot of money. The workers were nice and very considerate, all things considered.

"It’s unfortunate that we returned multiple times which is a 2hr round trip to address items not included in the scope of work nor billed for. As we explained you do not have “drywall”. It’s a type of wall covering that’s not patchable. But yet here you are accusing us of not being able to do something we didn’t charge you for. The $6200 was total for the exterior painting and repair as well at just Painting the walls and ceilings with customer provided paint. $4032 was the only charge for painting the walls and ceilings only.. Please share pics of your proposal detailing we were only painting the walls and ceiling per the scope of work on the proposal."

Lee came to the rescue on a remodel project in which the previous paint contractor failed miserably.  Lee sent guys in to do interioir adn exterior punch list making it look top notch.  Moreso, he was flexible - which is key at the end of a remodel project when the "ideal" schedule and sequence has already been thrown for a loop.
