"Good Morning Sir! As a company, “WE” do our absolute best to make sure our customers are satisfied with our service. “WE” have several emails from you, in which you’d basically stated that you were pleased and happy with our services. You had even watched our service consultant provide the service, and post service, he had showed you, “visually,” that your dryer vent had airflow, and you were extremely happy. The problem that you had experienced after our service was provided has absolutely nothing to do with the cleaning. “You had a disconnection within your dryer.” “WE” do not repair dryers, as “WE” had discussed with you; however, “WE” had offered you a free dryer vent cleaning, and did our best to make you happy and rectify the situation to the best of our abilities. Your response was to have us pay for a repair that “WE” did not cause, and also for a service that “WE” do not provide. Angie’s List was contacted by us first, because you had threatened to contact them. “WE” have the emails to prove it. Slandering our company’s name isn’t warranted either, and “WE” will continue to provide great service to our customers, regardless of this situation, which is CLEARLY not our fault and out of our control. Again, “WE” apologize for your inconvenience, and want to still make you happy, within reason, and find a solution toward rectifying this situation, even though it is not our fault. Thank you!"
