He was awful to say the least and should not be permitted to remain on Angies List. He took about one year on and off to perform these services for what should have been several weeks. I had to constantly call him to get him to complete work. Her would come for one hour and then leave. This pattern continued. Mr. Williams work was for the most part performed unsatisfactorily.
