The quality of the provider's work was fine, but they have major challenges communicating in a professional and timely manner. They would set schedules without my approval and then not be available by phone. It wasn't until I called Angies List and threatened to go with another provider that I received a call. I doubt I would use them again because of the problems with scheduling. <br />

Contracted based on Angie's List Deal. Due to equipment breakdown, original scheduled date was not possible. Initial communication was made to cancel date but follow up call to set the new date was not made. Workers arrived after a few days and performed the aeration, seeding and fertilizing in a very competent manner. It would have been helpful if a follow up call would have let us know the new date.

The company was good about rescheduling when it was clear the heavy rains were coming on the original date. The team came on the rescheduled date between 12 and 1 but I was never able to get an estimated time of arrival for the day and the original said AM. So I waited all morning at my daughter's house, raked some leaves and then they came. They were very efficient and gave me advice about her lawn, answered questions and were very professional. I would use them again. <br />

<p>First time I've used this company. They're a small business, I admire the hustle. They answered all my emails about the service in advance, called me in advance, and showed up promptly. The crew was nice. The service was as described and good value for the money. </p> <p>My only advice to them - we weren't really sure who they were when they knocked on the door. Their crew arrived in an unmarked truck and all dressed differently (no uniform or company shirt). They should maybe get one of those magnetic signs for the side of their truck and have everyone dress the same.</p> <br />

<p><br /></p> <p>Williams in Brookland arrived on time and provided a cordial introduction. They explained the process and began work immediately. Subsequently, after the process was finished, we received instructions on watering the lawn to ensure growth. We assumed the lawn would have a look of wide holes but it did not. Everything looked very neat, unlike what we thought. </p> <p>We are pleased with the work and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for lawn aeration and over-seed service.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
