The real issue with this company lies largely with its owner, William, who is unreliable, unprofessional, and has zero communication skills. You’re pretty lucky if he returns your phone calls after several attempts trying to get in touch with him. Whether you’re calling him for a new or existing project, phone calls and text messages go unanswered unless you raise **** about an issue, and there are many. We recently made a big mistake of rehiring this company to stain the deck, and as usual, it was a nightmare dealing with William from start to end. He forgets what has been agreed to, doesn’t commit to a start date, doesn’t tell you how long it would take to finish the job, and the list goes on. To cite a couple of examples, William promised to buy the stain, and then at the last minute, asked me to buy it because obviously he didn’t have the time to do it. One of his painters turned up on our doorstep on June 1st 2020 saying that William was not answering his phone and he ( the painter) didn’t know what he was supposing to be working on. Additionally, we discussed on more than one occasion that we may need to apply two coats based on the recommendations we received from the manufacturer of the stain we have been using on our deck. We even sent all that information to William in a text message at least two weeks prior, but as usual, he never replied until a day before they started, saying that the quote provided was based on one coat of stain. There was no mention of that, knowing that I had to send the proposal telling him what we agreed to, because he cannot write his own proposal. Long story short, they did a terrible job, damaged a small tree near the deck with their ladder and had to be kicked out of our property. We will have to hire another company to finish spraying the lattice and sealing the front porch which was part of the work they were supposed to do. They’re banned from our property and we will never ever hire this company again. We tolerated them in the past because they were reasonably priced but it’s not worth it. You get what you pay for. One last thing, given that William and his crew were no longer allowed on our property, we asked him for his mailing address so we can mail a check. William said that his address has changed and did not provide a new mailing address, adding that he “doesn’t take money from customers who are not pleased with the results”. We’re still going to pay him because we don’t want anything for free. He probably thought we will not write a review if he didn’t charge us, but that doesn’t work with us. They get the review that they deserve. We’re planning on sending the check to the mailing address provided on this website. However, If this is incorrect, Angies’s list needs to verify the company’s address to make sure the information provided on this site is accurate and updated.

Ok. The paint looked great for about a week, however, I began to notice where areas were painted without first fixing issues with the wall and nail heads which were fixed are already pushing back out. Also, the painters lost an unreplaceable dimmer switch knob when removing a face plate.

I have to say the Williams' seem like such nice people but I found I had to be careful to watch what was being done and ask for corrections. They speak Spanish and Mrs. Williams does the interpreting. I think language did cause some difficulty but quality of work is not based on language spoken. First day was done well then quality of work went downhill from there. They never taped off trim or removed door hinges or knobs. Paint is were it should not be. I'm still finding places that have to have paint removed. I pointed out several places where they goofed and they did make an effort to correct them. But many goofs are still present. I had to repaint several places myself and I keep finding more places that were poorly done. They did some caulking too and it had to be redone a week later. The cost kept increasing as well.

You get what you pay for. The Angies List deal was $999 for four rooms painted. Turns out this does not include ceilings and trim. I think this deal is intended for people who are tired of the color of their rooms and want to freshen things up. But if you want to have rooms seriously painted, it turns out it costs much more. We ended up paying $999 to have two rooms painted with ceilings included and a little more prep, and $200 for the trim, and $175 for the paint. So $1,375 for two rooms. The quality was ok, nothing great. One person did mud and dealt with other imperfections, the other painted. Two people, and 10 hours total, all in one day. In the end, the thing that bugged me the most were that they couldn't paint straight lines between walls and ceilings and walls and trim, and they didn't fix imperfections that wouldn't have taken much additional time to fix. The way you can tell a nice paint job is by the absence of errors, by straight lines. Nothing catches your eye. All you see is color and flat smooth surfaces. Talk is cheap, quality takes effort. To their credit, they threw in a few extras and they were conscientious and worked hard. So if you're not a demanding customer, they'll do fine. I guess I'm a demanding customer.

"Thanks, for the opportunity you gave us to work on your project mr. [Member Name Removed] k. When we left we asked you about your satisfaction, and you,re response was greatly appreciated. I'm very sorry , but in the e-commerce you had purchased you had to read in the small prints, but apparently it wasn't read by your side, were it describes that ceiling , trim, doors and windows is not included, although when we came to assess a job , we do discuss it , and you agreed. But you had asked so much extra like fixing your cracked walls and cracked ceilings and much more , which wasn't cover by the deal you purchased, I'm very sorry that you won't hire us again , because I don't think is fair for you to be upset for the extra charges, in which you had agreed. But thanks again for the opportunity."

The quality of the painting was very good. There was some very small platter on the hardwood floors, but it cleaned easily. The ceilings look fantastic and given that they are as high as 22 feet, that is no simple feat. Also, the painting of the high wall required the painters to remove a 12?x9? Persian rug and reinstalled it on the wall approximately 20 feet high!
The painters were always on time and very courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
We only had one issue that occurred, which was a contemporary glass desk was damaged by the painting team while they attempted to move it. What occurred was that two Lucite clips that hold the glass panels together snapped during the move. Mr. Pozo was promptly notified by his team when it occurred. Because the replacement clips were difficult obtain, I did take Mr. Pozo some time to locate identical replacements. He was successful in doing so and the glass desk has returned to its original state.
