Williams Refinishing

The two bathrooms are a mirror of each other. The first bathroom was fantastic. When I called and ask questions about the tile surround of the second bath seemed like it was not all sealed (grout) I was told it was the lighting that made it look like that. I again stated that the grout was rough in that bathroom compared to the other completed bath and still they stated it was the shadows. Since then, I have dropped an object on the side of the tub chipping the surface in December of 2021. I called them and they stated they would need to come out in January 2022 because they were not on my side of town at that time. I did not hear anything from them. I tried to contact them again and left a message in July of 2022 with no return call. We were also told that as long as we cleaned the bath tubs the way they recommended it was warranted. My bathroom that had the "shadow grout" is now cracking on the bottom in 2 spots and they have still not responded to my calls about repairing the initial chip which I admit was caused me. I am so disappointed in this company at this time and feel that I need to find another company to repair the work that was done so poorly in my primary bathroom. I caution against using this company any further since they do not appear to stand by their work and do not follow up on any calls about work.

Williams was a pleasure to work with. They refinished a tub and the tile around the tub. They also refinished a tile walk in shower. There was a piece of broken tile and they fixed that as well as some holes where handicap bars were located. It is very difficult to even find where the tile was broken now. They did excellent work and performed the work exactly when they said they would. The prices were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with.

excellent work! they came when agreed, and worked very hard. they did a great job (actually looks much better then expected!). clean up and all completed with zero concerns! This was a pretty big job and they worked non-stop...impressive!

It went exactly as explain during the estimate! Jeff and his son were on time and very professional. Only took four hours and my tub looked great!

The technician  arrived on time and gave me an estimate on the job cost. He completed the task in  a timely fashion. The technician was very professional. My tub now looks wonderful. <br />

They were very professional, made sure that everything was covered in the kitchen and that the sink and faucets were covered too. The job only took about 4 hours to do and they were back this morning to remove the plastic they had put up to isolate the kitchen. The new counter tops are beautiful and look like they cost a lot more. I plan on hiring them again to refinish my 1960's turquoise tile bathroom and tub.
