This is a follow up to the review I posted a few days ago. Provider says he reached out to reply but this seems odd as I received no such emails or texts and prior to the work being done I received both texts and emails without issue. Provider could have reached me on Angie's list but did not. While I am sorry to hear that the provider has covid, the money I paid for services not received should be refunded. He was paid through Venmo so a refund would be simple. Offering to now provide the service is just not an option.

"You’re not getting a refund for anything. I charged you $250 less than anybody else would have for the work I did. Wires hid, everything looks good, I should have charged you $1000 just for 6 TVs because of how expensive the mounts were."
