Fabric Awning or Patio Cover - Install or Replace
If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. We were given misinformation from the sales person so the awning does not do what we had wanted it for. After the first use, we called and were told - no the awning won't do that sorry my sales person wasn't trained well enough - tough luck for you. I WOULD NOT recommend this company - go to someone with better trained sales people and who care about customer support.

The awning took a while to be delivered by the manufacturer and was a little pricy; neither of which were Wilmington Awning’s fault. The friendly professionalism, quality and service were all outstanding. The service was on time as scheduled and done right by very professional installers. I asked for a small adjustment to the porch enclosure (which turned out to be more involved than I thought) and they came out the next day and got it perfect. Wilmington Awning is a great local company that I recommend and will use again.
