I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Wilson Installations. Bob Wilson explained everything from the beginning, took care of the permits and arrangements and kept me updated at every step. He supervised the installation and was easily reached by email or phone when I had any questions. Wilson has been in this business for about 40 years and it shows in the quality and craftsmanship. The roof was installed in one day and looks fantastic. The crew worked from about 7:00 AM and did not stop until the job was done at 8:00 PM. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. At the end of the day the yard was so clean there was no trace of any debris or nails. I was impressed with how hard they worked the entire day and that they knocked out what I thought was a very big job in short order. They definitely know what they are doing and made it look easy. Wilson has been using the same crew for nine years. The gutters were installed shortly afterwards and that was done quickly and efficiently in one day. The new gutters are larger than the previous ones and should handle downpours and storms quite well. The color of the gutters matches with the edging of the roof and everything ties together perfectly.

The whole process was very thorough and i felt very comfortable the job was going to be well done. The workers were pleasant and did an awesome job. The window are so nice, I still find myself standing outside and looking at them. Plus they really do there job in really cold weather we had i could feel any draft at all.

It went very well. Only one minor issue was that a few items were left behind after they were done. I highly recommend them.

Went very well. Worked around our schedule and had the whole work done in 2 sessions of a 1/2 day each. Looks great, and they took good care during the work.

Bob Wilson of Wilson Installations is AMAZING!  He talked me through the entire process, including sitting down with me and helping me properly fill out all the paperwork for the bank and walking me through the claim process with State Farm.  He was there when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and educated me about the entire process.  He is WONDERFUL and I would recommend his services to anyone!  He is very professional, caring and the work on my home is superb!   <br>My home looks incredible and he is a joy to work with!  The roofers were in and out in one day and the gutters were replaced two days later.  He also helped me match the gutter color to my siding.  I also have 2 dogs and a foster dog and I was worried that there may be nails left over from the roofers that could hurt their paws and mentioned this concern to him.  I have not found one single nail or anything!  My dogs are safe and the installers cleaned up very well after themselves.  I could not be happier with the services. He also was lenient with me and the checks coming from the insurance company for complete payment of his services.   All in all, his company, professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond, and services for installation and product were superb!  I highly recommend Wilson Installations!   <br> <br>

Rob Wilson was incredibly professional. He stepped up and worked with my insurer (known for not paying claims). This assistance was above and beyond and resulted in my insurer paying the claim in full. Further, Wilson Installations is a long-standing and HONORABLE company. Based on this job, I will be using this company for all my future repairs and improvements.

Went very well and excellent, was impressed with the workers and their skills. Want to add, Wilson worked on our house in 2003 for storm damage. The re roofed the house and resided the house. We should have done it all then. But we replaced all the windows and doors after that but never finished the soffit and trim. We decided it was time to finish the job and contacted 6 contractors including the original from 2003 because we like the work Wilson had done then. We screened all of the contractors and some were low and some were higher in price. But Mr. Wilson was extremely nice was willing to work in our time frame and us with his. We are very happy with his crew and all they did. Highly recommend Wilson Installations.

The exterior portion of this huge job was all done within ONE day! They only had to come back the next day for an hour to finish minor flashing. We never had to worry about an exposed roof to the elements! As far as the interior, it was done in a timely fashion, contained neatly, very clean and trustworthy. (We had dogs in the house). We never had to leave the home for the mold remediation! All the workers were friendly, answered questions and explained! Mr Wilson was awesome and on top of EVERYTHING! He definintely made sure the job ran smoothly and took pride in OUR home like it was his own!

Bob Wilson provided a detailed proposal, readily furnished references, and answered all questions/concerns before, during and after completion of project. Installation was swift (one and one-half days), and crew was very professional. Old shingles, defective sheathing and all debris was hauled away. Cleanup was thorough. Great attention to details. We could not have asked for more!

Wilson Installations was amazing!  They first came out to give a quote, their materials they provided were outstanding.  Bob came and met with us.  He was very professional and everything was quoted and done exactly according to his quote.  The roof is absolutely amazing!  It is by far the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood.

Wilson Installations was punctual, provided quality workmanship and careful consideration was given for preparation and cleanup of the job. The workers came in and knew exactly what to do, working as a high caliber team to make the experience effortless for the customer. I would definitely recommend them! Bob is fantastic.  Always punctual and responsive.  The work was done in the winter, and was completed in one day.  The clean up was good (not great)

Very well. From the time the dumpster showed up till it was picked up everything was coordinated, managed tightly and completed according to schedule. During the job a failure of the original builder to provide a quality building detail was uncovered (with no way it could have been identified without removing the old siding) and Bob immediately jumped on it, explained the options with quotes and after agreeing implemented the remediation without lengthening the schedule. Similarly one of the Windows was delivered and the supplier missed what was spec'd out and that was quickly resolved. Bob personally oversees each job. I would recommend.

Bob was very professional. He was always polite and on time. He went to bat for us with our insurance company. The only problem I had was that his workers weren't always careful with their ladders and ruined several of our bushes.
