We got them on Angie's List. We have a contract with them to come out twice a year for the air conditioning. I also bought a new air conditioner through them. They are real nice. They check us in winter for our heating system, and spring for our air conditioner. They come in clean and inspect. They cover the carpet with cover cloth, they wear booties on their feet, and they are very polite. When my mother's heater went down,  we called them, and they said the gas was down, and they did that. They checked the air conditioner as well and it was old so we purchased a new one for her.

We have been using Wilson Mechanical for over four years now, and are so thrilled to have found them. Dave is the owner and is a great guy, who is always attentive and informative. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. <br> <br>Last  year we had a ceiling leak that we thought was related to our AC and Dave showed up within an hour of receiving my panicked call. Turns out it had nothing to do with our AC, but he helped us diagnose the problem anyways. <br> <br>They have added vents for us, maintained our aging HVAC units, and rerouted ducts that were inefficiently run. <br> <br>We have had several large and small repairs needed over the years and Wilson is our trusted AC/Heat company. It's hard to find good, trust-worthy people and Dave Wilson (and his crew!) is AMAZING. <br> <br>So thankful to have found Wilson. :)

The owner is very personable and explains what you need and how he can help you.  We asked for new attic vents, new a/c & heating units upstairs and downstairs.  He added additional vents to help stack cold air on the first floor.  Enlarged vents to master bedroom, master bathroom, isolated two upstairs bedrooms with their own vents.  Enlarged the vent to my son's room to provide additional cooling.  Our master bedroom previously would be 5-6 degrees warmer than just outside our door.  We now have the same comfort level as the rest of the first floor. <br /> We are very happy with Wilson Mechanical. <br /> <br /> <br />

DAVID HAD TO RAISE AND RE-HANG THE HVAC UNIT FROM THE RAFTERS OF THE HOME AS IT WAS INITIALLY INSTALLED IMPROPERLY.  THE UNIT NOW DRAINS PROPERLY INTO THE PLUMBING SYSTEM.  HE ALSO DISCOVERED A FAULTY HEAT LIMITING SWITCH ON THE FURNACE - NOT A MINOR ISSUE - AND REPLACED IT AND TESTED THE SYSTEM.  FINAL COST WAS MUCH LESS THAN HIS INITIAL ESTIMATE.   DAVID IS ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT HVAC SYSTEMS, AND VERY REASONABLE IN HIS PRICING.  I SIMPLY WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE FOR MY HVAC NEEDS AS THIS COMPANY IS SIMPLY THE BEST. <br />

David was on time and  did a great job and price was in line with the service provided.

VERY VERY HAPPY with services provided by Dave Wilson from Wilson Mechanical. <br /> First, the quality of his work was awesome.  He arrived when he was scheduled, performed all the work and cleaned up after he was finished. <br /> He turned my AC system into a nearly state of the art AC system, truely a system that "conditions the air". <br /> I have always wanted to use the super high efficiency Air filters because of my allergies, but they restrict air flow and cause the AC system to not cool very well, because there is not a lot of air movement.  I had two, 20x20 air intake filters.  Dave did the calculations, and informed me, that even using the super high efficiency filters, increasing my air intake to two, 20x30 intake regsiters would be more than adequate.  However, he also said that I am not causing any harm by installing 4 AC intake filters, so, at my request, he installed four, 20x30 Air Intake registers. <br /> Installing the second Air Register in my Master bedroom was also a very significant improvement. <br /> I used to have a window AC unit in my bedroom, because the master bedroom did not get cool enough in the evening, now it gets plenty of AC.  I got rid of my window unit! <br /> Dave worked with me to allow me to purchase the Honeywell UV light, and my Programmable Honneywell thermostat, and he installed it for me.  He also installed the UV light to only turn on when the AC is running, and turn off when the AC/Heat is actually blowing air, and this saves the UV light (they do get weak over time, even before they burn out), and it also saves me some electricity usage.  I would not even have known to ask for this option, so I do appreciate the extra effort to install the UV light this way. <br /> I am also confident that my Air is as clean as it can be, combining High efficiency air filters, a Electronic Air Cleaner, and a UV light.  I have already noticed a improvement in my allergies at night. <br /> Dave seemed to be extremely knowledgable and I felt very comfortable with him upgrading my AC system. <br /> Now, please do not ask me how the Furnace is working (Dave did the install in June, and it is July 2nd as I write this)!!  I will update this review in the winter, when I have a chance to use the furnace!  However, the Furnace does provide the air flow for the AC system, and my AC seems to me  (very un-scientific) that it is blowing more air then before, and that is always a good thing. <br /> Again, very happy with all the services, and Dave will be my AC technician for the forseeable future.  Thanks Dave!
