went great - arrived on time - spent about 4 hours really cleaning my exterior windows of my home - had some serious hard water stains and build up - they did a great job removing it and cleaning up after themselves. <br />

<p>Mark understood exactly how difficult it is to remove ninety years of deposits of glass from this home. This glass is the original blown glass that is no longer made and has a beauty of it's own. It now looksamazing, with all the ripples and imperfections it is meant to have.</p> <p>Mark fit our relatively small job into his very busy schedule. He was above and beyond in his work ethic and caring. I have already told others of his skill.  </p> <br />

It went well.  This is the second time we have used these guys.  The go beyond straight window washing.  They clean around the windows, outdoor furniture near the windows, sweep the patio around the windows.  They remove water spots also.  Fast, not obtrusive, polite. <br />

The windows look remarkable. They have never looked this good! Dan and Mark were prompt, professional, and very pleasant people to work with! They arrived on time. Their time estimate was accurate, and I would definitely have them come back and do it again!

Mark scheduled our appointment and arrived punctually after having to reschedule at my request due to weather.  Most of our windows and all of the sliding doors are on a southern exposure and have been exposed to direct sun, sand blasting and high mineral content water splashes. The aviary was also subjected to many years of light to moderate maintenance but was a challenge none the less.  Mark completely transformed the appearance of our glass and made it appear as new.  He also cleaned the screens and left nary a trace that he had been there.  The formulation for his cleaning solution was fully compatible with the birds and there were no ill effects from harsh cleaning chemicals.  We will definitely have this company put on a regularly scheduled maintenance routine from now on. <br />

Review for Tiles Unlimited <br /> James Gutierrez, Owner and Provider of Services <br /> Services provided from 2008-2014 <br /> When we moved into this property in 2007 there was a barn, approximately 3500 square feet that had been used for horses and not well cleaned or managed for almost nine years.  It had a dirt floor and three empty rooms and was infested with vermin.  James Gutierrez, the owner of Tiles Unlimited developed a plan to bring the three rooms into modern service and restore a state of cleanliness to the environment. In addition to cleaning and repainting the interior of the rooms, he removed and treated all contaminated dirt, and ran a full length brick floor in a classic old world design pattern down the center aisle.  He converted three rooms to my specification for my particular requirements, converting one room to an office which involved locating and preparing for install a granite counter top with sink and helped remodel existing cabinetry to create a small bar top sink arrangement.   <br /> Following that he designed and built a very elegant tile bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower and modern floor In P3 high durability tile.  This required not only advanced tile skills but plumbing and painting skills as well.   <br /> In the house he added a saltillo tile floor to a large bathroom in the master bedroom.  During the summer of this year, 2014, he completely repainted the interior of the house and worked closely with us to experiment with colors including several mid progress changes in color.  James was the model of patience and accommodation with our own indecision in the process.  You never know what the paint is really going to look like until you get it on the walls.  We had made at least one unanticipated change and James was keen on making sure we were going to like what we set out to accomplish. <br /> I have additionally three more projects emerging for the coming year.  There is no matter of choice where we are concerned as we know that working with James will always mean a 100% effort on his part to make sure we are satisfied. <br /> James is very much on top of communications and is the kind of guy who will call you if he is going to be ten minutes late.  That is rare these days.  I have never had to go looking for him or wonder when things were going to happen.  There is a strong sense of personal attention to your needs and desires.  We have every confidence in James and have watched his business steadily grow primarily from referrals.  His skill base is broad and his willingness to take on difficult projects is admirable. <br /> Tiles Unlimited is a small company with a big follow through and always at the top of our list.  We most highly recommend this company. <br /> <br />

Wow!  Mark and Dan did an exceptional job on my windows and shower door.  They went above and beyond as I think the difficulty in removing the window scales was underestimated by us all.  They did an absolute beautiful job.  And all I had to do during monsoon season was re-wipe them with a microfiber cloth and they are perfect again.  Wind-O-Brite is the only company I'll use.  <br /> <br />

They were wonderful. They were thorough, polite, timely and worked quickly and efficiently. I will recommend them to everybody, and will use them in the future. They also honor the contract even after the expiration date. <br />

Provider did an excellent job on the windows.    He really had to work to get the outside roof cleaned.   He didn't finish the inside roof and said he would come back to do it and then when I contacted him he said it was not included in the Angie List deal and would be $50 more.  I have not had it done as I did not have the extra money. <br />

<p>Mark and Dan were on time and professional. Our windows have never looked so good on any house we've ever lived in. They stayed looking good for longer than usual as well. I could not recommend them more highly. </p> <br />

Everything was fine.  There were no problems.  I wasn't here when they came but my wife was here.

Mark did an exceptional job. I have never seen the windows so clean. I was really upset when it rained several days later. However, with his method of cleaning. the windows were just as clean after the rain. The job took him more than one day, but he was back the next day to complete. He also researched what it would take to clean the skylights, due to age, chose not to pursue. <br />

He went over and above to make sure all my windows were sparkling clean. All inside and outside sills were thoroughly cleaned. Did way more than I expected. Modding leave until the job was complete and perfect. Would use again.
