Jurgen and David were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt and they did an excellent job. One of the areas where we need repair was the trim around our front door, and Jurgen designed and created a new look for it that looks a lot more professional than the prior configuration, plus will do a better job of preventing leaks below the door. Jurgen's communication was top-notch, too, which made all stages of the job go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Working with Jurgen was a great experience. He is a very reliable, hardworking, thorough and detail orientated person. He is also very pleasant to be around, tidied up carefully everyday and gave regular updates on the work. Jurgen had given us a quote for this work, but we decided to go with a different company (who had done work for us before), despite the fact that the quotes were very similar. Our contractor then dropped us at a few days notice (when offered a bigger job) and Jurgen very graciously stepped in. Jurgen had to re-build some of the bathroom subfloor and explained exactly what he was doing. He was also totally open to explaining again to my husband and making some changes to satisfy his requests. The care he took over little details, like matching the cut in the vinyl planks to that of the tub, showed his exemplary work ethic. When the job was done, he even billed us on the basis of his time and materials at significantly less than the original quote. Very few contractors would do this. I would definitely recommend Jurgen and hope to be able to have him work for us again.

The bottom of our sink's kitchen cabinet was all warped and just disintegrating from most likely spills and water affecting the cheap particle board. I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to fix it and I saw a review for Jurgen that he did similar work. Boy did I pick the right man for the job. He precisely cut out the old particleboard and replaced it with a piece I bought at Home Depot. It came out fantastic and in the process he made some really intricate cuts to get all to work. The work was so exceptional I felt I needed to take the time to put in this great review. Very nice to work with too! Exceptional!!!!

Jurgen is amazing. He is professional, extremely responsive, very nice and communicative. The job he and his team did was incredible and he did small things like made sure all of the holes were patched and fixed some cracks in our built in bookshelves before painting. The work took a while but in the end we felt his price was fair and a good deal for the incredible work that was done. We will hire Jurgen again for sure!

Professional, courteous and efficient. Did not leave a mess after painting my home. Beautiful job re-painting my hideous basement door, as well as a thorough clean up paint job on my home on the ceilings. He was even able to paint my high ceilings by the stairs -- a hard task but what was done beautifully. Will definitely use again once my basement work is completed. I'm a happy customer.

Words cannot describe our gratitude to Jurgen Windisch for the miracle he performed on our bathroom. He saved a project that seemed cursed from the start. We began the project in March, but by September the space was an empty shell, walls open and unpainted, floors untiled. Our first contractor was out of his depth, as was the second, who would only commit to work occasionally, then went off on vacation. Our need to install a no-threshold handicap-accessible shower was a deal-breaker for the contractors I contacted. There seems to be a bathroom installation industry in which homeowners are expected to hand over all control and lots of cash to bathroom specialist-contractors, who insist on building the same bathroom they always build . I had already researched and designed and ordered materials, and am used to working collaboratively with contractors. Thank God I made the call to Jurgen! After listening carefully, he just stepped in and took care of everything, He gave me a starting date and didn't stop until the job was done and done perfectly. Unfamiliar as he was with the specific no-threshold shower system I had ordered, he had the flexibility, professionalism and confidence to just go with it. The results were spectacular. He is also conscientious, kind and takes full responsibility for his work. A week after the project was done, some grout in the bathroom started to flake. He immediately came over and took care of the problem. No charge. No problem. Consummate skill, customer commitment and respect for his customers and their ideas...Jurgen Windisch is simply the best!

I'm so impressed by the quality of work he did. The mouldings look so beautiful, neat, and perfect in every corners, joints, and everything. Prior to hiring Jurgen, I asked another contractor to do the job and was told that it was impossible to make the mouldings look good. But, Jurgen made them look great. He paid attention to all details. Even at the points where my popcorn ceiling is not level, he was able to install the crown mouldings without problems. The paint looks great, too. Jurgen spent time prepping and taping the kitchen so that the dust was contained and the paint was done right. Communication with Jurgen was easy and clear. He was friendly and polite. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs finish carpentry work done.

There was a lot of siding that needed attention and this is the first time that we had a painter who was thorough in fixing things before sanding and painting.  We think this is the best paint job we have had done. They were professional and respective of our privacy. <br />

<p>Did a great job.  Helped fix some painting issues on exterior door and other issues on clap board left over from insulation project.  They were great.</p> <br />

Easy to deal with but painting was not very good.  I discovered areas that were not painted after the fact, such as parts of my door and trim. <br />

Work was done on time and we were happy with the results. The repaired porch floor in particular looks great. We would definitely work with them again. <br />
