They are thefts! Please see the red flags! Jose took $3,300 of our money for architecture plans and design that we never received when we asked for our money back he refused and said that 2 meetings with general ideas and no precise details and sketches of the put outside my an architect they contract (after the first one refused to work with them) was the scripture of land. They pretty much stole our money we where willing to give them $1,300 for the ousting sketches that where computer generated and their time but the refuse led to return our money & stop answering our calls

"Mr. Stephen, with all due respect you are mistaken. I responded to your email detailing what transpired. Our contract stated that the first portion of your design fee was due once you signed. As with many projects things change, we were working with your changes but as a result you never approved the preliminary design thus we never moved from preliminary to final. What you are saying does not reflect at all the character of our company. Never the less I am available, as I have said on my messages, to talk so that I can clear any confusion you have."

Windmill Heritage helped give my home a makeover from the outside in and I am very pleased with the result. Communication was outstanding, the work was top quality, and the workers were all great. It did not feel like this was just another job - they cared about my wishes and always included me. When the work was completed they always cleaned better than they found it. I felt pricing was fair and I was always given options before work was done. I will always use Windmill Heritage!

Joe Valdez of Windmill Heritage Contracting personalized the remodeling services I needed so that I did not have to move out, although the work was throughout the house. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!
