<p>Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!</p> <p>My home is now very soundproof, airtight, secure and very pleasing to the eyes with the Vista Window. I've already recommended Window City to my friends, neighbors and co-workers and will continue to do so. Thank you Window City!!</p> <br />

The contactor told me that if I bought three locks that they would be able to key them so I could use the same key. Three doors with one key is awesome. I really like the windows that they put in. They look really good. The windows are insulated really well, I even left a bottle of water next to window and it didn't freeze. The doors fit really well and look great. They were good about calling when they couldn't get there at the scheduled time.

It all went very well. The men were very professional, nice and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in one day very effeciently. <br /> The windows come with a Life time guarantee which we have had to use lately with a part on the window. There were no questions asked, the service manager came out assesed the problem, and the problem was taken care of within a week of our initial phone call. <br /> We have had our share of problems with the house we bought and there was a misunderstanding with this company in the beginning but that has all been taken care of. They have stepped up to the plate and taken care of there product and customer and we are very pleased. <br />

Through my work renovating homes, I use many contractors, and I have found that Custom Windows (Window City) has been one of the most reliable and valuable of those contractors. The windows were completed in a timely manner and installed professionally. All waste was removed and the job site left immaculate. This is the best value you will find for the quality of work if you are looking for replacement windows. <br />

Everything went well from the demonstration by Donnie to the installation of the windows. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I had several estimates given to me, and one company said they match anyone else's quote. I showed him the estimate from Window City and after looking it over said, "We can't match that price." I'm happy with my windows. <br />

They dropped the huge window over the front door and damaged the front door. They tried to get me to accept a patch and I said no - the damage to the door was too extensive. They sent out their door people to measure for a new door. Keep in mind they tout themselves as door people. The door did not fit because it was not measured correctly. Brandon was unbelievably unprofessional and discourteous about the entire situation. Luckily, I had help back a portion of the final payment until the door was fixed. They have never fixed the door. Don't ever use them. Very unprofessional. <br /> <br />

In general the organization seemed very "thin-skinned". In doing business and negotiating a price, sometimes it seemed they were taking the process very personally. I was not used to that at all. But if I concentrated on price and bit my tongue things worked out. <br /> A most unusual transaction to say the least. Somewhat disconcerting. <br />

The salesman was prompt and provided complete information about the windows. He assigned a date for the installer to measure. The installer arrived promptly to measure and suggested the complete installation would occur in three weeks. Within three weeks we were given an installation date. The installer arrived as promised and in a short time had installed the windows. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no finishing work on the interior. Interior work was not discussed. The exterior is fine. On the whole, we are very satisfied. <br />

On, June 14, 2012 Donnie Norman who is the salesperson for the area I live in came out and presented their windows. Mr. Norman was very polite and full of valuable information about Window City window. I explained to him I had other companies coming out to give me estimates also. After, all my other meettings I decided to go with Window City. Mr. Norman came back out and took measurements on June 21, 2012. When he was ready to leave he told me he would have new windows in my place within 3 weeks. Since, the contract says 4 to 6 weeks I laughed at him and said ok. I honestly thought it would be about 6 weeks. Well, needless to say I was surprised whe I received a phone call from Bear on June 31, 2012. He said my windows were in and was wanting to setup an installation day. I told him I wouldn't be able to have it done until July 6. Eldon and his helper Mikey were at my house at 9:30 am on the 6th. Having 14 windows installed and inside trim done took 2 days. I appreciate all the hard work Eldon and Mikey did. The 2 days they were here working it was over 100 degrees both days. They both worked hard to get the job done. What WONDERFUL!!!! men these 2 installers are. They earn every penny they make and probably could use a raise. I am just thrilled with the job they did. My windows look GREAT!!!!

My experience with Window City was a good one. We had received a few other estimates but with a total house remodel we were on a tight budget so I went with the most inexpensive and that was Window City. That doesn't mean cheap though, these windows are high quality and work great. They are easy to open and easy to clean. The new windows totally changed the appearance of the hosue. Their customer service was excellent - from Cecil for the original quote and Bear for the measure and supervisor of the install to the installers themselve. Since my home was vacant they worked around my schedule as to when I could be out there and were on time every time. I have only good things to say about this Window City in Cincinnati.

I was very happy with their work. They installed it in one day and I am happy with them. I read Angie's List quite a bit. All the quotes that I got seemed to be more than the work and I have a simple house, a ranch brick with double windows. I bought the house in 1987 and some of the seals were broken. I talked to them and another company and when I talked to Window City they were upfront about it. The guy came out and he measured all the windows and stuff for us and gave me an estimate on how much it is going to cost and that was exactly how much it cost. The guy not only talked to me and showed me the windows but he also told me that he would put them in a day. I have 12 windows and they put them on in one day. The windows are perfect and I really like them. I have kept them open today. They were here when they said they were going to be here. The two guys who came did a very good job and they cleaned up everything. They also took the vacuum cleaner inside the house. They told me they would be here on a certain date and they were here. The guy who originally who came out and gave me the estimate I adored him and the guys who came out and did the installing were very professional. I went my way and they put the windows in and then we met them when they were finished. I have already recommended them. I also liked that they brought out a lifetime warranty on the windows, seal and screens which I didn't get when I bought the house. I am really happy with them.

installers arrived within 30 min. of scheduled time. had all tools needed to do job. one window fell over in delivery truck and broke upper glass. a piece of plywood was delivered and installed in opening within the hour. new glass was installed in 12 to 13 days it had to be manufactured in their factory in w. virginia. i feel screen material is very thin. i would have liked the option to upgrade the screening material. poorest aspect was the wraping with metal on outsde window frame. i would give this one detail a c-.

We were very satisfied with them. Their pricing was less than others. The quality of their material seemed to be very high. They got the whole job done in less than a day, right when they said they would. I thought we had a problem, they just walked me through over the phone and it was my problem and not theirs. They walked me through and the problem got fixed. We had other work done by another contractor at that time, when they left the place it was cleaner then when they got here. I would say nothing but good about them. I never hear of them before. We got them through Euro magazine and we checked on the website. Everything was fine. I thought they charged a fair price. They put good products and seemingly stood behind them.

16 windows replaced on one of the coldest days of the year with snow to top it off. The installers (3) were very professional and courteous. I work at home and they respected the fact I needed it to remain quiet. When they left my house it was cleaner than when they arrived! One loved dogs which made my lab very happy. Between the guarantee and the fact my home was warmer within hours after installation makes me wonder why I didn't do this sooner.
