Don't use a company that makes you yay 59% down then doesn't do the work. Surprised not out of business yet.

It is a family owned business and Deven is very dependable and responds to your phone calls. He and his brother installed our windows. We are very pleased with the windows and I would highly recommend Deven

We had Window Depot swap our sliding glass door for windows and some windows for a sliding glass door. I was surprised and pleased when Devin - who quoted the job - actually was the one - with his brother - to do the work. Both Devin and Drew were conscientious workers - very hard workers - who did a great job with our project. We couldn't be happier with the price, product and people at Window Depot of Cincinnati!

Communication was a horrible and non existing.. I had to call for everything. The storm door was installed backwards and the front door was too small, so it shakes the wall. the team never showed up for any of the pre measurements. I also reported them to the BBB..

He did a great job in a timely manner.

I want what I paid for and stop telling me lies about it.

I hired this company on December 8, 2 days after entering my project in. They were quick to contact me, come to the house for an estimate, take 50% payment, and told me my door would be installed in 8-12 weeks. The door is about as simple as it gets, 32 inch entry door with nor specialties. It is now 17 weeks in (April 5), and the owner seems to be giving me the run around. It should be on the next truck. I would ask for my money back, but of course, the contract they had me sign has no refunds after 3 business days.

Stay away from this company. We ordered windows in September 2021 with the understanding they would be installed by Christmas. The windows were finally installed by 11:00pm Easter Sunday, April 17th. One window was broken during installation and as of today, June 7, 2022 it has yet to be replaced. Several calls have been made to the owner, John as well as his project managers. No answer as to when it will be fixed. I wish this site allowed photographs, the amount of caulk on the brick is ridiculous. The inside finish work is terrible. I did get a call from HomeAdvisors stating that someone from the company requested that my review be revised. The project manager (second one since we contracted) said that the owner was holding him accountable for the review. Which is understandable since the owner will not return our calls.

I had an excellent experience. Everyone I had contact with was both professional and friendly. They did an excellent job installing siding on my house. I highly recommend them.

I live in a old brick building and everything has to be custom because everything is bigger. They worked with me from start to finish and their work was top notch!! I highly recommend them for window and door replacement!

Customer service was friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with John. Michael and Chris came and did a beautiful job installing our new ProVia doors. We have an older house so installing news doors was a challenge but the doors were put in and they look beautiful. Thank you John for sending John and Chris to install our doors.

This company is a scam. I hired them in September 2021 to put in a garden window and paid them a deposit. I have yet to hear from them. I have left several messages and emails.

The salesman messed up my order and did not deliver as promised.

Very professional showed up on time had 7 Windows done in half a day plus cleaned up the rooms the work was done in..

The scheduling and gathering of the correct materials for the job were poor, but once all the correct materials were in and installed everything looked good.

Very professional. Came to the home and within 1 hour had the door and sidelites ordered. Very reputable company. I reccomend using them instead of hiring an outside contractor and buying a door thru a DIY store. Excellent service, very friendly and understanding. They go out of their way to make sure you get the door you want and its done right.
