We just had all the windows in our house replaced and are very happy we chose Window Depot USA. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The windows look great, and the installation was top-notch. My wife and I compared more than five window companies, and we’re really glad we went with Window Depot USA—they offered the best value and quality by far. The team was fantastic, and everything started off great with their rep, Shaun, who was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. If we had to do this all over again, we’d definitely choose Window Depot USA again. The lifetime warranty on both windows and labor is a huge plus, but what really stood out was the excellent service throughout the entire project. Highly recommend

In terms of responsiveness, professionalism and outstanding customer service, everyone has been exceptional, from Ben Hyten to the owners to the installation supervisor and crew and office staff. Windows Depot proved to us they’re committed to comprehensive customer service. We were referred by a non-windows contractor to Ben Hyten of Windows Depot when my wife and I decided to replace all windows on our 50 year old home. We had already consulted with Renewal by Anderson & with Pella Windows and received quotes. Ben met me and discussed their full lines and provided a full demonstration of the Pella features and operation. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He provided me with all the information I needed, expertly measured all windows, and gave me an estimate. At a subsequent meeting he brought along one of the owners, Jobie, and we were thoroughly impressed with them both. We were offered the best combination of pricing and payment options, and Ben also later provided us with newly available manufacturer’s discounts. Installation was a breeze and was beautifully done. We plan to use them again for additional jobs including doors and gutter systems. We enthusiastically recommend them!

I had all of my windows replaced. Some of them had wood rotting on the outside so this was a maintenance issue. Although I saw this as just necessary maintenance I was so surprised at how happy my new windows have made me. They let in so much more light and make me feel like I am getting time in nature even when I am inside my house. I want to let you know how much I trust this company to do things right. When they replaced the windows, I was not feeling well. When the crew supervisor asked me if everything looked good to me, inside and out, I said yes. However, I had not looked at the windows from the outside because of not feeling well. I just knew they would be great because I previously had them replace my siding and I knew their workmanship. That is trust. (And yes, I have now seen the windows from all perspectives and they are beautiful!)

An exceptional team and product all around!! At every step their ability to communicate genuinely but professionally came through. Our windows were installed expertly by Enrique and Carmina. We appreciated their knowledge and skilled precise expertise of the job as well as their smiles and upbeat attitude. They worked excellently and efficiently together. Dave got our windows' exact measurements, patiently explained the process and answered all our questions friendly and respectfully. He coordinated Enrique and Carmina's arrival and was on site to introduce them and walk us all through what was expected. He was back promptly the next day to inspect the work, took note of our comments and respectfully and patiently reviewed all the aspects of the windows functions. Scott was very respectful in introducing us to your product. He was knowledgeable, answered our questions and is a sincere conversationalist. We were very impressed with this Window Depot team that did a remarkable job replacing our windows with a quality product that we are very pleased with.

The entire experiance from meating the team at the home show right through to the installation of our new triple pane sliding door along with our door replacement in the garage couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you for the excellent service and the quality products.

I receved several estimates. this was niot th echeapest however this was the best prodcut for the best price. The salesman wasnt pushy or take hours of my time as others had - totally appreciate that a BIG plus. I am thrilled with the product; the quality of install; the wonderful installer and the communication. Can not think of a single thing that could have been better. I would highly recommend this company their product and workmanship. I have already referred several neighbors who have had the same experience, so I believe this is the way they handle each and every customer. I am pretty sure this product and service etc well exceed the competitor which was twice the cost - and again this wasn't the cheapest. Totally is adding additional year-round living space to my home - my sanctuary now! Thanks so much Window Depot!

They were very accommodating and friendly and also helpful. On the first visit, they help me to choose the best windows for my sunroom. They left and assured me they would give me an estimate. Well within an hour I was given a quote. After the quote, I responded quickly. There were many reasons I chose them the first being my windows are covered for a lifetime. If there were any issues they will take care of it. After the windows came in they had my sunroom done in about 3 days. My sunroom is my place of peace and love. They put nothing but TLC in this room as if they were building it for themselves. They did an excellent job!

Great people from sales to installing, friendly, responsive, and very clear on the windows I chose and costs. Arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. Dave installed the windows and he showed me the windows before leaving to make sure I was satisfied. If I need more windows replaced in the future, I will definitely be calling them.
