Window Design Group is amazing!!! Honestly a class act. First off my sales rep was so cool. Blake was honestly so easy going and understanding of exactly what I wanted. He wasn't high pressured or anything like my other two estimates that I got. That is my biggest turnoff when a sales rep is high pressured. No Thanks. <br /> Window Design Group promised me a delivery time on the windows and an estimated installation date and they were true to it. They actually were three days earlier than they said. When does that ever happen with construction work at your home??? All I am saying is Window Design Group made this whole process so easy. Eli was a fantastic installer too! <br /> Window Design Group not only provided the best price, but also the best windows. They changed my house!!!! You don't even understand what a difference you did to my house Window Design Group. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Was referred to this company by my friend Glen when we were remodeling our house, so I decided to get windows and shutters from WDG- Everything's been great! They did a great job with designing and installing as I needed everything to be custom. <br /> Step 1- they sent a designer for the consultation who made recommendations and took measurements. It's good that they send a designer and not just any joe shmoe because he was actually very helpful in giving us suggestions and we ended up changing some things around because of his recommendations.  <br /> Step 2- bid was sent to us, we signed the contract and sent out deposit.  <br /> Step 3- our windows were made, they called us and set up installation and everything turned out great.  <br /> After we were satisfied with our windows, we decided to get shutters from them as  well, and I am very satisfied. Since we were returning customers they even gave us a better price.  <br /> Everything turned out perfect, the way I expected. <br /> <br />

Very professional people. At first I thought they might not accept the job given they are based out in Simi Valley and I'm in San Bernardino County, but the rep, Matthew, said it was not a problem and came out to assess the job and talk terms. Soon after this initial meeting an installer arrived to take more precise measurements.  When the job was eventually completed (on time may I add), we did a walk-thru, at which time I inspected the work with the installer. I was quite satisfied with the quality of workmanship.  The shudders were impressive. I will consider Window Fashion Pros for my next project. <br />

Very well. The installation was fast & the crew was friendly & professional.

A nightmare from day2. The company is non responsive, deceitful and makes promises over and over again which are not kept. <br />Management can't even get staff to adhere to the promises made. Order is now 3 months old and not complete. I install date, 3 repair dates and still the order is incomplete. I highly discourage use of this vendor. What started out as a three week order has turned into a 3 month nightmare. <br />

Do not order, I recently went through a full remodel that was less problem than shades from this company. I met with Jenna of their firm. She indicated that the products would be a couple of weeks. I was assured that they are the manufacturer so delivery would be prompt, The shades are very poor quality and it is now 8 weeks post order and I have only 1 of 4 ordered products. They measure wrong, don't return calls and have the worst customer service department including a General Manager who does not have any interest in making "it right", Do not use this company.

I was met by a sales representative, Jenna, who sold me on these shutters right away. I had just moved into a new home and had no window coverings so manufacturing time was a concern from the beginning but she assured me that my order could be expedited. After I paid my deposit, everything went downhill. I could never get a hold of her and when I did she told me she had a death in the family. Ok, but then afterward, I still couldn't get her to reply to any emails. I then received a letter stating that due to an issue beyond their control, my order would be delayed by 7 to 12 days. I started calling about a month in to get status on my order since I didn't have any coverings but was always given the same answer, they're being worked on and it'll be approximately two more weeks. After being told this for 3 weeks in a row, i got frustrated and asked if canceling was an option. I was told it wasn't because they were too far into my order. I was also told i would get temporary blinds (that I never received) and i was told i would get a call back last Tuesday to give me a precise date, finally. But that never happened. I called their customer service again and again was told it was approximately two weeks out. This company is the worst i've ever worked with. Customer service is nice but they lie, every time i called i was told the same thing. But no one ever followed through with me. And last i heard it could be another two to three weeks of waiting. So currently i'm looking at three months manufacturing time. If you haven't placed your order, DON'T!!! <br />

Buyer Beware - I'm two months in and my windows are still not complete - I'm giving them a chance to work things out - but communication has been hit and miss. So far the window quality is just ok, but they just did some stucco patching and it is the worst ever! Have you ever driven by one of the houses with the 12 inch frame of really obvious patchwork around the whole window  - thinking that looks so bad? Well I now have one of those houses. I'm doubtful if they can ever deliver on their promise - but miracles have happened.... If they can fix it I'll certainly update this review. Stay Tuned. <br /> Also - Some employees (including Chris and Ruth) are first rate, but the sales manager (Kieth) has been impossible to work with. Very unprofessional. He questioned my material choices and insulted my taste - I'm an award winning  LA designer  - He's a salesman, you know how that story ends. <br />

I had an okay experience with them. They did what they promised to do, but there was really no follow-up, to see if I was satisfied with the work. There were a couple of minor things that could have been done better. But I haven't reached out to them about it though. They contacted me right away, as soon as I bought the Big Deal, but then there were some scheduling glitches that kept them from coming out right away. The cost seemed like it was a fair value. They didn't leave me any warranty information on the blinds.

They did a beautiful job. I got to pick from a variety of services. I didn't realize how expensive the shades were, but I am happy because they are classic looking and will last a long time.

It was great.  Well worth the cost.  My only complaint was I waited one week for them to call and they didn't, granted it was around the holiday, so I called them.  After that, all was perfect and timely!!  Done in only a few weeks.  Their contractor, Axel, was friendly and professional. <br />

It took about one year for the service to be completed. They sub-contract the work out for the people that install it. They only installed 2 windows the first time as they did not have all the supplies that they needed. One of the windows was scratched and that had to be replaced. We had to take pictures to send to them and wait for it to be approved. I always had to call them to follow up to find out what was going on and they followed up with me. Also none of the windows came with a lock that I paid extra for and they installed locks that were screwed in instead of built into the windows which were of poorer quality.

I bought two of the window packages at the end of September. Measurements were taken, the windows were made and in a storage facility, and the the rain started!  Finally had them installed yesterday, the guys were very thorough and professional, right on time and very cheerful.  <br /> Great service, great price, and they look wonderful. <br />

It was not good. The shades were good quality, but the color was not what I would have chosen.

I was very happy that he was willing to meet with me in the evening because of my work schedule. <br /> He was also willing to come over while I was at work to do the installation. <br /> I have been very happy with these shutters and have had no issues with them in the six plus months I have had them. <br /> I would recommend them and use them again. <br />

All went well. Very accurate in predicting length of time in receiving custom made blinds. Measurements were perfect and finished product is beautiful. Original visit to do measuring and selecting was very professional and informative. Post construction took time to clean up and wipe everything down. Love the finished product <br />
