<p>Owners son arrived promptly and said they don't usually clean window sills but he would spray them down from the outside to help out a little. I ended up running around taking all the curtains down myself and doing as much cleaning as possible on the sills and inside of the windows before he got to the glass. I had a little bit of time as he started on the outside first and did have to take the screens down before he started. I did not get them all done and had to be very careful in cleaning the sills after he had cleaned the windows. He was very polite and did an excellent job. At the end of the day mission was accomplished and the windows looked great. I didn't plan on being that busy all day but it worked out. I just didn't realize cleaning windows meant JUST CLEANING WINDOWS. I would probably do again in the future but after I thoroughly cleaned the windows beforehand</p>

<p>did a great job on the windows-inside and out, but got there 3 hours late and because it was dark missed a couple spots. The bad news is they left the window sills dirty which is the hard job of cleaning windows. I spent the rest of the night cleaning around the window and the sill while trying not to mess up the clean window.</p> <p>The windows looked great but if I had it to do all over again, I would have done the windows myself if I knew I would have had to clean the dirty window sills.</p> <br />

The service worked out well. They cleaned the exterior of around 25 windows. They were quick, thorough and did a good job. I have used them again since.

The team was friendly and courteous, did the job quickly and thoroughly, explained what they did and what they found. Gave me some recommendations for basic maintenance and also told me about some other services that they could provide. Will definitely be hiring them again within the next few weeks. <br />

They were pretty good. They gave an estimate according to the accounting I gave but when they came, they count more windows so it was more than what I thought. The only problem that I would have was to be able to help people choose vendors if ever they come out and give an estimate. I would have gone to another vendor. It is competitive.

"The call to me the owner mark rapier 502/718/4302. Told me that the windows was oxidized and all they could to is to clean them the best they could. My workers are very welled trained on situation like this one . I rode by and looked at the windows they are in verybad need to be replaced. Professional workers is all I train. To rate my company in any way in this situation is false. Windows that have broke seals are nothing to do to be replaced. I have a 5 star company and I have 5 star employees. I am very sorry on the outcome of this service. I would offer a repeat service but no matter what company cleaned these windows the outcome would be the same. But probably would not be insured and uinformed. Thankyou."

Only one young man showed up when I expected two people to wash the windows. I also expected the outside sills to be wiped down.

"I am sorry for the way you feel I often send one employee to a job. We also use a water feed pole system and a brush that does not need for a ladder to wipe the outside seals down they along with your outside windows are spot free. My company will offer you a free outside wax and wash sorry again, mark."

It turned out pretty well. There was the owners son and one other cleaner. I was going to have them just clean the number of windows in the deal. I had a couple of more windows and they said they would just clean all of them for me. I elected to have them just clean the outside so that they could get all of the windows clean. I was impressed that they did not rush through the job and they were very thorough. We had some really cold and rainy days and scheduling went well if we took the weather out of the picture. They did have an equipment problem, but they called to let know that ahead of time. They also cleaned up very nicely, I did not find anything that I needed to throw into the trash, nor did I have to call them about that. I noticed that one of the workers walked around the house to pick up everything before they left.

The windows look great; the chimney seemed to take a very short time so I hope it is clean. :) The only issue was scheduling as they had to delay a couple of times die to other jobs running long but our windows look great and I would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman who was assigned to our home arrived on time, had all equipment needed but was not aware of the add on of gutter cleaning. A quick call to his supervisor cleared up the issue and accomplished both services quickly and to our satisfaction. We will use this company again, especially if they offer a special deal through Angie's List again. <br />

They did a really good job. They were friendly and very nice people. I was skeptical because they washed the windows but didn't dry them. But the technician advised me that it is a special solution that will dry on its own and will not leave water spots. And it did dry on its own and looked great.
