Terrible! They scratched multiple windows, but when they came out to look at the damage the owner said it must have been done 2 years prior by my previous window cleaner. NO! The scratches were not there 2 years prior, or even 2 weeks prior to Window Gang. I saw the Windoe Gang cleaner using a brush the owner said they aren't allowed to use, so according to the owner, it was not possible for them to have done the damage. Never again!

"We are sorry for your concern. We are always mindful that our associates are providing excellent service. In our conversation and visit we asked when you last cleaned windows. You said 2 years ago. Your home is over 20 years old and the scratches on the exterior glass could come from many sources. We demonstrated our tools and the only item that could cause a scratch leaves a single line. Your scratches are multiple bunched lines. Unfortunately in 20 years wear and tear exists, and these bunched scratches are not from our equipment as we demonstrated to you. All reputable window cleaning companies will advise a 6 month exterior cleaning cycle to help identify this type of problem and others that can happen to windows , such as fogging between glass, caulking problems, torn screens, broken frames, cracked glass, etc."

Good: Easy to get a quote without them having to come out. They were quick to respond to inquiry via email. They used Google maps to get an idea of size of house and length of driveways and patios etc. I thought the price was a bit on the high side, but because there had been good reviews, I went with the 'you get what you pay for' view/ They were friendly and quick. Not so good: They said they would call to let me know they were on the way on the day of the appointment. They didn't. While I didn't ask for windows to be cleaned, I didn't realize that meant that after they were done, I would now live with windows in worse shape than before they came. There is not w film of - i don't know what - soap suds? on my windows. Now, I get it is probably hard to not have that happen when you pressure wash a house, especially a house that is two story, but there should be a warning about the results here. I feel like you are almost forced to have to now call a window cleaning company to make my windows at least manageable? I surely hope that is not their business model. But here is the main reason I rate them a "C". The pressure washing of the house is the main reason. Now, you can get the 'oohs' and 'aahhhs' from just the difference made on the driveway and patios because it is a stark difference. But on the house itself? Not so much. I expected better. There were areas under my front porch where swallows had tried to build their nests (I kept knocking them down) but there were remnants still there. While some of the remnants came down, there is still mud/dirt where those nests previously were. My house has 'shutters' that frame the windows on the front side of the house. Well, one of them is not broken and there is a film of residue that is visible from the ground. I am not kidding. Granted this was on the second story, but I expect that when you are pressure washing a house, and you know this is two story, 1 you are careful and 2, you rinse well enough to get the soapy grime off. Now, I need to hire someone to come and replace that shutter and clean them yet again. I, as the customer, am responsible for signing off on their work. When they were just about done and packing up their stuff, they rang my doorbell and I went out to chat and review their work. Again, friendly guys (I think it was a team of 4 - two trucks/vans). But here is the deal, when everything is wet, you don't see the soapy film. You don't see the nooks and crannies they missed. You immediately see that everything looks cleaner. Would I hire them again? No. The primary reason being the job was 'meh' and I now have to deal with a broken shutter and the residue of soap on my house.

"Thank You for your review, we will use it for quality discussions with the crews, it is unfortunate you chose to wait 10 days and then placed this on Angie’s list without even advising us or allowing us the opportunity to address the issues, a simple phone call could have avoided this public discussion. We pride ourselves on making it right when we are aware of a situation. Most of the items here were fixable had we known about them right away. We always advise that at a minimum, when a house wash is involved, that window cleaning for the exterior should be considered. This is because of overspray from the house wash Regarding swallows and wasps, Mother nature has provided various birds, insects, and animals the ability to produce a glue compound to affix their nests to homes. These glues are extremely strong to stand up to the forces of Mother Nature. The remnants after removal and cleaning are what is left. These will need to be removed with a scraper, wire brush and or sandblast and suggest you call a Handyman company. We do not use high pressure sprays while doing a house wash because of the damage high pressure can cause on siding, mortar, windows, caulking around frames, soffit leaking, paint peeling, etc. The other item in the picture we see appears to be wood rot and should be repaired before water gets further into your attic. Regarding shutters, as mentioned earlier, we do not use high pressure on a house wash even when it has a second story, and it is unlikely that this was broken by our team. The broken part may be a result of rot. Spotting sometimes happens, and some areas could require an additional rinse. Which we would have been happy to do. The recent heavy rains in our area should have corrected the appearance of the spotting and rinsed off the spots. Again, we are sorry for your feelings about us and the job. We asked the 2 crews what happened, and they claimed as you, that everything was good and you were happy with them and the job."

Window Gang did a great job cleaning our interior and exterior windows. They arrived within the timeframe that was promised and the cleaning technicians were extremely polite. They made sure everything was put back in place when work was done. Will definitely hire them again.

Gutters were full of late summer early fall tree garbage and overflowing vs draining when it rained. Now, all gutters flowing freely once again as evidenced throughout the recent rain deluges. All debris was bagged and removed.

Window Gang called me the next morning, they had a cancellation and were able to get me in that day. I wasn't sure how many windows I had to clean, so they gave me a rough estimate over then phone, and had the crew give me a final estimate once they inspected. The crew did an amazing job at cleaning the windows inside and out. I would hire them again.

Generally very well pleased. There were a couple of windows that were not cleaned totally on outside, and one or two window tracks that weren't wiped out properly. But generally they do a spectacular job. Efficient two-man team. Punctual. Phone set up of appointment time was easy; they call prior to arrival to make sure that you are home; the company called me a couple of days afterward to check in with how I evaluated their service and if I was pleased. I have used them for several years. Definitely recommend.

Very well. Work was efficient and well done in a timely manner. Windows are large and high, were washed quietly and efficiently. We also had gutters cleaned which was done manually and debris bagged and removed.

Friendly and punctual team. Work done well, good response to my pointing out some minor issues ( water dips/ runs, etc). They inadvertently left a window unlocked (was 20 feet from floor, no security issue, just concerned that rain might leak in), they came back within hours of our notificaon. Job well done!
