We hired them for our church. Out of all the places we received quotes from, there's was beyond the most reasonable (some places were DOUBLE what WG charged), and they were also the most responsive! We value close communication within our church community and WG fit right into that with great service! We will be using them again! 5/5 recommend!

The entire process was fast and efficient. Communication was excellent, and the quality of work was good. They went out of their way to leave everything as they found it, including replacing a cable wire that was knocked out (a pain on a hot day...). They even returned later to replace some screens that sustained damage from the pressure washing, even though the damage might have been in part related to normal wear (sun/weather exposure). Lesson learned: I'll remove my screens in the future! Highly recommend Window Genie of Franklin.

This was a unique situation where Window Genie was contracted by another window cleaning company (I won't name them) who had torn the tint on my windows while cleaning them. Rolland (the owner) and his crew were all extremely professional. They had to come out multiple times to complete the work and they were beyond accommodating. We encountered a few problems in the process (scratched glass beneath the torn film), but Rolland hung in there while we rectified the problem with the other window cleaning company. It ended up being a lengthy process and was months before Rolland got paid by the other company. Window Genie is the ONLY window cleaning company I will use from now on! They are reputable and honest. Do not waste your time with window cleaners that put flyers on your mailbox advertising "one price to clean your whole house regardless of size"....they hire poorly trained workers that can cause thousands of dollars worth of damage. HIRE WINDOW GENIE....they are the best!

They showed up when they said, and for the most part were professional and courteous.  The only issue we had was having to ask the installers not to smoke on our community (this seems to be an issue in Tennessee as they are certainly not the only vendors we've had to ask about this).  Other than that the work was completed quickly, professionally and on time. Our windows look amazing!  It's cut down on both the heat and the glare, and should help us with our air conditioning bill this summer. Job well done and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing these services.

Roland's team showed up on time and went right to work getting 5 year old debris out of my gutters. They were great guys and knew what they were doing. Made fast work on a big house. Would definitely have them back for a window cleaning. <br />

After a miscommunication regarding address (my fault), Window Genie did a good job of follow up and scheduling. Home is two stories, so I cannot verify the work - but I did see the trash from the gutters.  <br /> Which leads me to the only negative grading; clean-up. I would have assumed they removed their own trash. I found one bag full of gutter debris untied, upside down in my trash can. I then noticed that they used my open utility trailer parked next to the garage to dump more gutter debris. Not the end of the world and they did a good job keeping debris off the home andr lawn - but it was a less than professional way to complete a pretty good service. <br />
