We offer window cleaning with a no streak guarantee as well as window tinting designed to block the sun's UV rays and protect household goods from fading. Brandon was very responsive and very professional. He and Chris were very pleasant and did a great job. The whole thing was a lot easier than I could ever imagine. The price was maybe a bit more than I hoped, but they did such a great job and were people I was happy to have in my home, and I sure can't do these windows anymore (we have an A-frame structure with windows all across that require a tall ladder) so can't complain! It was well worth it and I will use them again. There is a reason their ratings are high - they do quality work. We have stained glass hangings in all of the above mentioned A-frame windows (my husband's art work) and they very carefully removed and replaced them. Thanks for the good work, guys!

They suggested the cleaning be delayed due to continuous rain and I appreciated that. They showed up exactly when they said they would. All the windows and screens were thoroughly cleaned and they got to places we never could have. It made an amazing difference on our outlook throughout the house, erasing the dirt, grime and cobwebs of winter. I wasn't sure about spending the money on this but it exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had done this much sooner.

I had given them a very poor grade recently because they were not responsive to my purchase. I now believe that they were not at fault for the oversight. As in the past, I am now very satisfied with their work.

I have used them twice before and they were great. This time I can't seem to get them here to do the work. They did not respond to my purchase and I had to call them. They called once to ask if they could come over as they were nearby but I couldn't leave a message on the cell phone number.

Brandon has been a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job cleaning out our gutters, but also informed me that my roof was compromised. Not only did he let me know I needed to get my roof looked at, but came out on his own time at no charge to me and put a tarp over the compromised part of the roof. In addition to that, he gave me some recommendations for roof repair and replacement and I'm now well on my way to getting my roof taken care of. Brandon and the folks at Window Genie of Hoover delivered great service, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, saving me a considerable amount of time and headache. It's great to know you can trust your business partners, and Brandon and the folks at Window Genie of Hoover can be trusted!

The price was based on how many windows I had. The original deal said $169, but I had more windows than that covered. Two people came out to clean the windows. They did a good job. They definitely were very responsive. I scheduled the service on Angie's List and they called later that same day. I got them scheduled. They got here on time. It was a good experience.

Brandon and Michael arrived on time! This is my second time using Window Genie of Hoover. I could not be more pleased. They are so wonderful to work with! The guys are the greatest! They are hard working!! Gutters cleaned and inspected. Brandon pointed out some areas that I should be addressed. I have A Lot of Windows!!
