The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our windows, both inside and out. They looked brand new when I drove up to the house that afternoon. We had previously hired them to clean our gutters and they did such a good job that we hired them again. Thanks to Mike and his team for their professionalism and hard work.

Incredibly frustrating...... it took months for their phone service to work and to schedule the service. They cancelled and only completed work once I filed a complaint with the BBB. They used bleach so everything was streaked. They promised to redo the areas but only did the sliding glass door. I will have to hire someone else to do my windows as "window genies" they are not! My windows looked worse after their service. This was my first Angie's list purchase so I doubt I will use them again as they don't help with merchant resolution.

fine, except screens could not be taken out. Access was made by lowering the windows and cleaning the outside from the inside.

Did the work but had to call back 3 times over the coarse of multiple weeks I have work done. Follow up calls were almost none existent. Showed up in clean polo close to expected time.

Your gutters were full, down spouts clogged and had not been cleaned out in at least 5 years. Please let me know what we need to do better to receive an A rating. Not sure if you priced this service with other providers. You bought the Big Deal for $99. The regular price would have been $175 for your sized house, the number of gutters you have and how full they were. Mike"

I would highly recommend Window Genie. Mike Moos was great to work with on timing, price and scope of work. The crew of 2 he sent were professional and did a great job. Worth every penny! We recently moved into a new (but older) house and the windows didn't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. There were cobwebs on several of them on the outside. Cleaning them was on my to-do list when this deal popped up and I couldn't resist. They did an amazing job! Clean windows, no more cobwebs, and they even got all of the dirt of of the sills between the window and the screen. Such a relief, they look amazing! And it took them all of an hour to do the whole house and would have taken me several. Will definitely use them again!

The service went great! They were not only on time but early! They did an excellent job were fast. The only thing that could have been better was with the debris. I called when scheduling a day for the appointment and asked if they could bag the debris, they said yes. The gentleman who came didn't. A little disappointed in that. Overall, Window Genie was superb! I would use them again.
