Window Man is a full time, year round professional window cleaning service formed in 1995 by life-long Alaskan owner/operator Kehl McCarl. We have been a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business since 2010 and are Members of both the International Window Cleaners Association (IWCA) and North American Window Cleaners Association (NAWC). Our goal is to provide superior service at prices that are agreeable for both parties. Window Man strives for a customer "wow" factor! Safety is Job 1! Kehl and Window Man was excellent and did a phenomenal job cleaning all of our windows, many of which were in hard to reach (high) places, and he did it in the winter! Can't say enough about this guy and the quality of his work which was featured on the Discovery Channel!

I appreciated that in using a really high ladder inside, he was very careful when he was moving it around and was very thoughtful in the positioning of the ladder. I appreciated the amount of care and safety in protecting the house from the ladder. He also did a really great job.

<p>This is my second time using this company's services and, in the end, this service ended up being done as well as the first time a year ago. The only problem was that the worker didn't show at the time/day scheduled so I contacted the owner that same day to see when someone would arrive and the owner personally came out to get the windows cleaned. Scheduling problems happen with all companies; however, I was impressed with the owners quick response to get the problem resolved. I would definitely use their services again.</p> <br />

The crew of two arrived in a small pickup with an assortment of ladders stacked on top. The had holsters for a variety of squigges and soap applicators. They started work in earnest immediately. When they were done the windows looked transparent. They crew were polite and friendly. <br />

After signing up and paying for his service as an Angie's list special offer, I did not hear from him for a couple of weeks (instead of a couple of days). When he did call he was very apologetic, explained that there had been an emergency in his family, and set up an appointment. He did not show up for that appointment, but when I called he rescheduled for that afternoon, came, and did an excellent job. <br />

This is the second year Windowman has cleaned my windows. The men who performed the work were polite and did a good job. There was a mix-up with payment that the owner took care of before I even noticed there was an issue. The work didn't happen on the day I'd originally been told but was done a couple days later. I didn't need to be home since it was exterior so that was perfectly fine and not an inconvenience. <br />
