They did a very good job.

This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking.

The job was excellent. This is the second time that I have used Window Source to replace builders grade doors. I will gladly use them again when the need arises. I highly recommend this company. They are very easy to deal with and the work is done on time and correct the first time. The small details matter, like using the correct color caulk when finishing, and then cleaning up properly.

Window Source installed a new front door (plus framing) and did an excellent job. They were professional and responsive from the first contact until they finished the job. I spoke with the company president who answered all my questions. Compared to other companies that install windows and doors, Window Source didn't use any high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks and offered very fair upfront pricing. The installation was scheduled in advance and the crew arrived on-time (actually a little early) and quickly got to work. They removed the old door/framing, installed the new framing and door and cleaned up in only about 2 hours. The new door looks great, closes smoothly and seals tightly. I'm very happy with Window Source and would definitely use them again.

This company was extremely easy to work and the contractors who did the installation were amazing. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace old windows. The cost of service included the replacement of 16 windows and a storm door.

I called the Window Source and spoke to the owner, Chris Bazow, and requested a quote for my attic windows. He briefly told me about his company and set up a time for one of his estimators to come to my home and measure the windows and provide me with a quote at the same time. I said great and the appointment was made. Rob was the estimator that came to my home. He is a very nice person, listen to what I wanted and didn't try to have me upgrade anything on the windows other that what I requested. I accepted the quote and the work was to be done 10-5-16, starting at 9:30 AM. The guys did a great job and were very friendly and professional. At no time did they have to step on the shingles by using braces on the ladders. I could tell by the way they went about their work that they all had experience in window replacements. When they started to work on the first window I mentioned to them that the black panel of wood that had been attached to the house was turning lighter and I was going to ask them to spray black paint over it again. They said they would. I advised them that I would have to run out to the local Home Depot and pick up a couple of spray cans and would be back in just a few minutes. When I returned they had completely removed the first window and was waiting on the spray paint. It took me around 30 or 35 minutes round trip. I don't know how much of that time they were waiting one me, so if you want me to pay additional time I caused them to not work I will do so.(Chris said no charge for the few minutes they waited, it was his pleasure to please me!) I would not hesitate to refer your company to anyone, in fact two days ago a lady that lives on the street behind our home was walking her dogs past my home, I was working in my front yard, and she asked me if I was pleased with the company that did the job. I told her very much so and we chatted a few minutes. I told her about the company I called and they insisted that they have to come to my home and have my wife present and then they would provide me with a quote. I needed this quote in order to sell my house. The borrowers' lending co. required that I leave a check at the table for the repair of the windows. I became really pressed for time as we neared the closing date, and Chris came through with a timely quote via email which satisfied the lender just in the nick of time! Windows and door look and operate great. The new siding and trim looks fantastic and will last a lifetime. The owner is excellent to work with and his crew did a great job. We would definitely recommend using them.

Chris and his team were absolutely great to work with. We called him before signing with another company and he saved us a few thousand off the bottom line, even with a storm door replacement. He was always quick to answer questions and didn't try and upsell, which was huge after having 4-5 other companies come out and talk about their windows.  <br /> They were able to install all the windows in one day, even though they had to stay late. They came back the next day to install the door. Unfortunately it was wrong, but they put in an order for a new door and had it installed a little over a month later. <br /> My only complaint (and the reason for the overall B review) is the storm door is still not what I agreed to. Or at least I think I agreed to. Chris sent photos and a description and maybe it's my husband and I misunderstanding the text and photo, but it just doesn't match up. I am sure if I brought it up that he would fix it but I just wanted to be done. Also, for $900, I expected a nicer door with fancier features (hidden fasteners for one). <br /> So two thumbs up for the windows (they were great this past winter!) and their workmanship, but I'd personally pass on the storm door option. <br />

Chris Bazow, the owner, is the most professional contractor that I have ever worked with. They give free estimates and life long guarantees. He was very helpful and really educated us on the windows. He gave us a fantastic deal on the windows.  He is full of integrity and he coordinated well with other contractors. His workers were on time and cleaned up well after themselves.

Window Source did an excellent job. My old sliding glass doors were in bad shape - not water/air tight and unsafe. I got multiple quotes from several vendors for new sliding glass doors and Window Source was easily $2,000 cheaper than all other vendors. They came out to measure the doors and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. Also, Window Source was able to install the new doors 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I am thrilled! The doors are beautiful and safe! Also, I didn't realize how flimsy my old doors were until I got the new ones. The amount of noise reduction is shocking and the basement door has an upgraded handle which locks with a key from the outside. Honestly, I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Window Source. <br />

The crew was very friendly, responsive and professional.  They worked quickly and thoroughly despite having to deal with wasp attacks at one of the doors.  They also cleaned up very thoroughly.  The doors look absolutely beautiful and are sturdy and strong. <br /> I would definitely recommend Chris and his crew to anyone! <br />

<br />The owner/president of Window Source of NOVA personally came out to meet my family in May 2014 to provide us with an estimate to replace our sunroom windows. <br />We decided to go forward with Window Source's 9000 Series double hung windows with an Energy Star Qualified package for our region and the windows look beautiful in our sun room. My family can now enjoy the room in the summer and winter in total comfort without cranking our A/C or heat. They came with a lifetime warranty with labor included. <br />There were no high pressure sales tactics, just to the point with prices disclosed up front and he made sure to ask us what our requirements were, as well as what we did not want. <br />The install was done the same day, and the installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The owner even came to the install! <br />I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

This Homeshow was a great place to talk to many vendors and I ultimately <br /> asked six of them to provide an estimate for this work. The first place that <br /> Chris stood out was that he didn't demand that both myself and my wife be <br /> available for a 60-90 minute presentation. Many vendors I talked with would not <br /> even come out if I couldn't guarantee that my wife would be there. I viewed these as important <br /> aspects of this sale so wanted to make sure they were explicitly stated in the <br /> contract. <br /> <br /> After completing the contract and providing half <br /> the cost up-front, Chris told me to expect the door to be delivered in <br /> approximately 3 -weeks. The door arrived on time 3 weeks later. The <br /> installation team was very professional. Chris was also there to watch the <br /> installation that was estimated to take about 6 hours (it ultimately only took <br /> about 5 hours to complete). The finished product was beautiful. The door <br /> itself was very solid with the wood grain interior matching our kitchen cabinets <br /> very nicely. The custom capping on the exterior looked great as well.
