The cleaning service arrived on time. They provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment. The cleaning service starts work immediately and is totally industries for the entire time it takes to clean the condo. Walls, hard floors, carpet , mirrors, decorations and knickknacks are all cleaned. Bright ware is polished and the place looks great - until I mess it up again. One little neat quirk about the cleaning service is that when the move something to clean it or the surface it is on, they put the object in a similar position, not the exact position so that there is no question that it was cleaned. The obvious thing about this tactic is that I am drawn to the item/location and can confirm the cleaning is done. The cleaning service owner/worker is also a chef and he left me with a pint of his homemade carrot ? soup!!

Damage to property, such as a hole in wall, damaged wood stairs, broke off tile, did not completely clean, mostly was superficial leaving a lot still dirty. Threw out or took personal property. Was paid $275, when it should have been less and was not honest enough to return the excess money.

"Angie’s List really needs to allow the service provider a an area on this APP to contradict the customer’s claims of BAD SERVICE ❗️ . . I have learned a lot from cleaning folks homes in Florida. But the most important part has been who NOT to clean for. There are people that call us that have NO INTENTION on paying for our services like THIS WOMAN that claims we STOLE from her and says we didn’t clean properly. . . I will make this EASY for you guys. . . I have PICTURES of BEFORE and AFTER the cleaning. . , And again. I have a small business and we take pride in cleaning customers homes , apartments and estates. . . This woman [Member Name Removed] is a CON , and LIAR ❗️ . . I can provide anyone with before and after pictures . ??"

CHEF BRIAN AND HIS CREW CAME THROUGH FOR ME AGAIN WITH FLYING COLORS. Have this home for sale with an open house this weekend and needed some touch up cleaning. Contacted Brian and they were out the same afternoon! That’s great service. Always very pleasant to deal with. Always exceed my expectations. I don’t need to use any other service, they are the “gold standard”.

When contacted by the Land lord i had learned that he had pushed the dirt into the corner, base boards were not cleaned. When i had confronted him, he had expected to be paid more for the work he had initially been hired for. He had also used a chemical in the bath that he had not cleaned out. Overall, i would not recommend at all.

"This is a SAD and HURTFUL review by the customer and his Tarot Card reading wife. They are GYPSIES ‼️ This is a attempt to RUIN my business. They already contacted the credit card company saying that “ they NEVER received services “ THIS IS FRAUD ‼️ We are a FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS here in Florida. We take pride in cleaning, and overall have wonderful customers that appreciate our commitment. I heard a RED FLAG ? on the phone when the customer contacted us. He said “ ALL OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES want the payment UP FRONT, and I don’t like that “ I told him this was standard because of FRAUD and CANCELING. It protects the cleaning company, but WE don’t do that. Another RED FLAG ? was the customer offering me a leftover bottle of VODKA. He said... “ you can enjoy it while you work “ I quickly told him that “ WE NEVER drink adult beverages on the job” ‼️ This was a SET UP‼️ I myself arrived an HOUR EARLY, and my employee joined me 2 hours later. We cleaned the unit for { 5 hours } after the customer MOVED OUT. We cleaned EVERYTHING, including the ceiling fans. NOW THIS PART IS REALLY IMPORTANT ‼️‼️ I texted the customer once I was ✅ done, and his wife the Tarot card reader , Christiana came to INSPECT the unit. Where she was PLEASED ‼️???? Because there was no internet.... I could not run her card. So { 3 hours later } once I got back to the office we spoke over the phone where I ran her card. Another IMPORTANT FACT‼️. She did a REVIEW on Square saying “ AWESOME JOB ALL AROUND “ ‼️ Please feel free to call or email me and I have PROOF that she did that review."

I can’t thank Brian enough for the amazing job he did. I had just recently moved into my apartment and needed a deep cleaning and that’s exactly what he delivered. He literally cleaned from the windows to the walls. He was so friendly and easy-going that he was just a pleasure to work with. Not only will I hire him again but I will certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Wonderful! Fabulous! Terrific! There are not enough words to describe how my house looks! Chef Brian and Samanta had quite a challenge with my house. Post construction white powder covered everything. They cleaned every room from top to bottom including the walls and the windows. They live up to their name! Thorough, professional and friendly. I will use again and I highly recommend. Thank you Chef Brian and Samanta. My house is brand new!

I hired Brian long distance based on prior reviewers and his responsiveness and demeanor during our initial phone call. We had an empty rental property we were getting ready for sale. The whole house was dusty due to painting contractors and in need of a thorough, deep cleaning. Brian estimated he and his crew would be there approx. 3 hours and we agreed on a price. They ended up working 5 hours and the price did not change. Kitchen cabinets were wiped down, closets and bathrooms were cleaned, windows were washed inside and out, ceiling fans were dusted, window blinds cleaned, etc. etc. The house is “move-in ready.” My local representative said it was immaculate. No money changed hands until the job was complete. It seems we live in a cynical, suspicious world but I choose to put my trust in Brian and he came through with flying colors! His attention to detail, respectful customer service and pride in his business reputation all were apparent. I also appreciate his trust in me, since we were dealing long distance. You can’t go wrong working with this company. Call him. ]

Cleaning was horrible. Dust was left on desks, computers, shoes, sofas, kitchen cabinets. Brian, the owner, did the cleaning himself and made excuse after excuse for the poor quality of work. Despite my telling him numerous times I was not happy with the cleaning, he left promising to “come back with his crew at no additional cost” Gee, thanks Brian, so now that you and your fake Merry Mermaid have left my home with 50% of the dust, I’lol be cleaning all night! And I’m out $200

"This is a situation that I wouldn’t wish on ANYONE!! I am the OWNER of Windows To The Walls Housekeeping / Maid Service. It gives me NO PLEASURE to reply to such an egregious attack on me and my Professional company. Starting from when we arrived at her { the customers home }z. Which was EARLY. We were received with a COLD reception, as if we showed up 2 hours late. We also accommodated her { request } for NEW CLOTHS and NEW MOP, which we showed her. She , the { customer } immediately started second guessing our cleaning and then both her and her { 14 year old SON } started walking back and forth AS WE WERE CLEANING and getting in our way and tracked footsteps on WET FLOORS. As we made our way to her the { customers } SONS ROOM. We quickly knew we had our work cut out for us not just because of the YEAR OLD dust , dirt and grime. But in addition, we has to clean up the { CANNIBIS } { YES, WEED } seeds and weed water that’s used in BONGS. I could go on for another THREE PAGES , but I will end with ... she the { customer} started the renovation { a YEAR AGO }!! But NEVER CLEANED OR HAD THE HOUSE CLEANED AND SWEPT OF THE { ORIGINAL DUST } She { the customer } had a plan in the beginning to tell me { AT THE END } “ I’m NOT HAPPY with your cleaning “ . I felt it in my heart and gut as I arrived at the home. She essentially wanted us to PUT HER HOME BACK TOGETHER AGAIN, and reorganize the ENTIRE HOME!!! That’s CRAY !! Although I told her that if she { the customer } wanted us to { clean shoes , wipe pens and pencils off , that would be an ADDITIONAL COST !! My heart was HURT and to make it even worse..... I’m a Black Owned Small Business and she { the customer} is a Black woman. Really sad. I CHEF BRIAN HILL takes pride in cleaning EVERYONES home. I enjoy this job, I have learned a great deal more than I expected from this experience."

OMG this was the best house cleaning experience ever!! Windows to the Walls is owned by Celebrity Chef Brian Hill. Guess who cleaned my home? Chef Brian and his crew. It was AMAZING!!!!! My home was cleaned better than it had ever been by anyone or any service!!! Not only was my home being cleaned by professionals but also by someone who had been the personal chef for Eddie Murphy, Mariah Carey, Mary J Blige, on Top Chef, Bar Rescue AND just yesterday was on NBC’s 6 in the mix!!!!!!!!! What???? It was so EXCITING to hear Chef Brian singing in the background while cleaning my house!!! Windows to the Walls cleaned EVERYTHING including windows spotless and my home looked simply amazing. This is the first time I paid someone and they didn’t just ‘move things around’ they actually cleaned. CLEANED!!! I will never use anyone else, I am hooked. South Florida has no clue of the talents of Chef Brian Hill and his staff. I am MESMERIZED...!!!!
