Window Wall did an incredible job installing our new double pane windows they completed the job for an entire house in two days. They took down and replaced blinds and window treatment after they installed the window windows moved furniture as needed and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

More than half windows were wrong size, to big gaps between windows and walls,frames. Looks like 2-3" on each sides... The walls around frames are not ready for painting like was agreed. They told me , it's ok just buy some glue to glue some parts of peeled wall, fix and sand all , than you can paint!!! Teims are not evenly done too. See the pictures. I was thinking they did fix that but no... as many other... The big hole that was made on a drywall was just dumped bunch of the mud.. no drywall or anything as a back support. I just wanted them to be done.. was to stressful to look. Manager Rafael was very rude, arrogant and talks over you all the time. Didn't want to listen to any of our concerns, just saying all over .. everything is perfect. Honestly better buy windows at home depot and have someone instal them, it will be cheaper $10k +. These windows are not made by measurements to fit my openings, as they said. I did address this few times, but no one cares!!!! Manager is just protecting the company, and they do not care about customer!!! Not sure how they can have many positive reviews with this unprofessional work and behavior!!! NOW I NEED TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX ALL THIS!!!
