To start--Kristine and Steve are probably two of the nicest people on the planet, and they certainly know their window treatments. I purchased a Big Deal with the hope of installing Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds in my master bedroom. Ended up using the Big Deal for less expensive Hunter Douglas blinds in my bathroom because the silhouette price was so expensive. Kristine suggested that I purchase less expensive HD blinds (Nantucket?) for my bedroom--almost did so but then decided to get another estimate for the Silhouettes. The second estimate was so much lower ($1800) that I ended up getting a third, which was also substantially lower than Window Works. Though I'm sure Kristine and Steve would have done a great job, the price difference was too great (they're the same HD blinds) and the other companies were also A-rated. I would not use them again for HD blinds, but would for other types of window treatments (i.e., drapes) with the hope that those prices are more reasonable. (Note $920 cost is for bathroom blinds. The estimate for the master bedroom was $7100)

They are really slow on the take. Once they got the order they were as fast as the product was ready. I was happy with the installation. They even admitted they were overwhelmed.

<p>Kristine initially met with me in my apartment and, after taking basic measurements, reviewed all of the viable options with me, their pros/cons and costs. She found that there was a manufacturer rebate program starting in a few days and, by waiting to submit the offer, saved me additional $$$. Steven followed up to take precise measurements of my windows (they are each variable in width at different points from top to bottom). He then returned when they received the shades from the manufacturer to install them. The fit and look are excellent. The installation was done neatly and quickly but with care and precision. </p> <p>Terrific product and even better service!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

It went very smoothly once a date was nailed down. I cancelled the first appointment because a huge snow storm was expected. The provider cancelled the next appointment to care for a sick child; I understood completely. The appointment to measure my windows and to install the window treatments each went very smoothly. Both individuals, wife and husband, are professional and pleasant. <br />

Kristine responded quickly to our inquiry and an appointment was set. At our consultation, she was prompt, had great ideas, showed us many options. There were many decisions to be made but all were made effortlessly with her expert guidance. She even gave my daughter other ideas for her apartment. Blinds were delivered in the time frame expected and Steven installed them. He showed up promptly to his appointment and the blinds for 3 rooms were installed in about an hour. Would highly recommend them. <br />

Little expensive, but a quality product. Very pleasant to deal with. Had a couple issues with the shades, that the technicians came out twice to work on for me, so they definitely stand by their product.

It went well. There was some family squabbling on what type of window treatments should be gotten so I decided to go with this group rather than one of the more generic, less expensive options out there. Kristine came out and gave us some good insight as to what we should use. Her husband does the installation. They are a lovely team. This was a very expensive product, but I wanted something more elegant for this project and HD delivered. I am also surprised in retrospect how cooling and sound-proofing these blinds are. <br />
