This place stole my $8,300! I paid for the job up front (required by the company) and they only did 2/3 of my roof. They refused to finish the job and now I have to sue them. They are crooks. STAY AWAY from them if you don't want to get ripped off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Over promise and under deliver (or maybe no delivery at all). We are on week 10 after being told the windows would be installed in 6-8 weeks. Every time we call, they say "two more weeks". Sales guy disappeared after promising to help expedite and customer service just says "sorry". Will revise if/when windows are actually installed.

Went great, new windows installed at great price. The installers were actually early. No real complaints outside of some left over cigarette butts in the driveway. Would definitely use for other products they offer.

<p>We placed the order in June and the windows were installed in August. It takes a while for the windows to come in. It went alright. We had some issues with the windows being delayed. The salesman told me one thing and they told me the disclaimer on their contract says it could take this long, so it was kind of like a he said, she said type of ordeal. I would use them again, it was just the inconsistency in information that I got. It actually delayed my project a couple of weeks because I did not get the windows when they were expected. The pricing was good. The installers were professional and so was the salesman. It was the handling of the timing. My advice to others is when they order windows make sure you have enough time for them to be delivered.    </p>

They did a good job.  They did an excellent job.  Everything went well.

The work was fine. They got it done in one day. We have had no problems. I would recommend them to a friend.

It was expensive.  It's a really nice glass door.  It was really good.  It's a great product.  They installed it and it was beautiful.  It works perfectly.  Everything promised were delivered on time.

They were prompt and did exactly what we have dealt for. The price was little bit higher, but we had some addons so I think that was a realty. They give you a flat rate price per window, which is a really good price, but then if you change a color then it is like $90 per window and that can accelerate the cost very quickly. I would use them in the future, if need be.

I called and told Window World that their window was cracked. I was told I needed the serial code off the window frame. This window is a third floor dormer window and, at nearly 60 years old, I am supposed to climb into the attic to get the serial code. The replacement came and the fitter went into the attic to replace it. He slipped and fell through the master bedroom ceiling. He immediately called his manager and we were told that someone would be there 'first thing' in the morning. After 4 phone calls to Billy at Window World the next day he finally called me back at 5:00pm on a Friday. He told me that he didn't know why I was told that someone would be there 'first thing' because that was not possible. I asked him what I was supposed to do with the hole in the ceiling over the weekend and he asked if it was causing me a problem! The ceiling was finally fixed over 3 visits but after the painter had left I noticed that the corner of the trey ceiling near where the installer had fallen through was cracked. I called Billy back and he sent the painter over to look at it but the painter said it had nothing to do with incident. I told him I didn't believe him but he said he wouldn't fix it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They charged $189 per window. I put energy saving windows and they commented that this is going to save you at least 10% on your bills, so I had my last year bills and I added them all up and I saw what the different was and it wasn't 10%. In fact, it didn't save me anything, so I sent them a little letter saying you owe me 10% of 500 and something dollars and they gave me a check. I went over there and they gave me two windows to put in this other windows that I was going to do some improvements that I'm still planning on doing and I have them in my garage and they gave them to me for free.

They did a really good job. They did cheap.

Initially, the sales guy was great. Very responsive, and somewhat professional (more so than the other companies from which I got an estimate). However, once I placed my order I was unable to get him to respond to me regarding an estimate on installation. He kept telling me he would contact the office and let me know. Also, I asked him for an estimate on a back door and he told me twice he would come out to see what I needed, but then never followed up. The installation team replaced 16 windows in four hours, which was impressive. They did a good job, but left cigarette butts on the ground outside of my house. I would have preferred they wear booties or something when walking around the inside of my house. I pulled back my rugs so they wouldn't walk on them, but there was still dirt tracked through the house. Lastly, the crew leader who was supposed to be on site - whom I was assured would be my POC the day of the installation - never showed up. <br /> I may use this company again in the future, but there would be definite ground rules before I ever made a deposit. <br />

Window World was just great in all areas. I have used them on two houses. I'm totally happy with them and would recommend them for any job. Charles <br />

Installer called prior to showing up. He showed up on time. <br /> He was professional. Installer removed 5 old windows and installed new ones. He cleaned up well after himself. <br /> Installer worked hard. It took part of the day. <br /> Only suggestion: needed two installers on this job since some windows were on the second floor and hard to remove. <br /> We have read that these are budget windows. It's been about two months, so far we are pleased with the windows. <br /> Our old windows were from the 1970's and so drafty and foggy that almost anything would have been an improvement. <br /> Thinking about getting estimates for other replacements from Window World. <br />

Well the front office and sales force are not good at all when it comes to communication. I have to call multiple times just to receive updates of the install time frame. The only thing that saved them from getting a worse score is the fact that the installer was so professional. He was great and did a great job on the install. <br />
