We were very pleased with his work, but not pleased with the outcome. If you make a mess you should clean it up.

The inspection was scheduled for a particular date and time. When we arrived, the home inspector, Andrew Lynam, had arrived 45 minutes early and was over half way done with the inspection. Andrew never informed us, or our realtor, that he was arriving early. There was no apology from Andrew informing anyone about his early arrival. <br /> I specifically wanted to go over the entire house with him so I would be aware of any potential issues/problems. The due diligence period ended that day and we needed to submit a report for what had to be fixed/repaired. But I missed a big part of the inspection and had no idea what he had actually done. <br /> Our realtor also asked him if he checked the irrigation system. He stated he checked the unit, but did not turn anything on as he had problems with prior systems not shutting down. <br /> At the end of the inspection, Andrew showed me some areas of concern, and we informed the seller’s agent of these items. After receiving the final inspection report late that night, I saw additional items that needed attention. I was never made aware of these during my discussion with Andrew at the inspection, and I explicitly asked him before he left to tell me everything that needed attention. Due to this, the seller refused to complete the repairs on the other items. <br /> My wife and I were extremely disappointed with his service.

They were great. I just paid them $395 for this service. They were very honest. They told me what was wrong with my house. They were both very punctual and very nice. They were very friendly. I will use their services again in the future.

They were not very thorough. The guy that came out wasn't the owner, but he was one of the subordinates. I wasn't really that pleased with the service. It was just satisfactory. Their price was right there. Their punctuality was fine as they were right on time. I would probably not use them again in the future.

I was very impressed with how thorough Bruce was, He was also easy to talk to and took all the time needed to answer my questions and looking into what I thought might be problem area's. He also inspected the pool and filter system for me, pointing out where upgrades were made. Bottom line: Bruce saved me a fortune in repairs pointing out 38 different issues with the home I was going to buy but did not (thank god for win inspections). I am so happy with their last inspection that I just called Bruce yesterday to do another for me this week.

Andrew was extremely professional and identified every item that needed attention in the Townhome. The report provided me with an accurate account of what I needed to fix. With the Angie's List discount, his price was very reasonable for the service he provided. His report is very detailed and I really like the explanations and suggestions that were provided. If you need a home inspection, call Andrew. I would use him again.

Andy Lynam completed the inspection on schedule and I received his preliminary report the following day. The report was very comprehensive and several items that needed attention were discovered during his review of the property. As an out-of-state buyer, Andy's work gave me the comfort level that I needed to close the deal.

It went very well. The inspection was very thorough, the inspector was very friendly, and added items to his routine inspection as was requested. After the inspection of the home was about 90% complete, the potential buyer was made aware by neighbors that there had been a previous bee problem with the home. The inspector performed, as completely as possible, a bee inspection in the attic and within the interior of the home. Nothing was found and it was documented. There were bees building a nest on the exterior of the home and two different neighbors stated that it happens repeatedly. The home inspection identified numerous small/medium items that were in need of repair or servicing; enough that they added up to be a problem that the potential buyer did not want to deal with them. All of the information was emailed (photos and checklists) in a very timely manner to assist in the final decision of the home not being purchased. Well worth the time and money spent. The home inspector saved the potential buyer a lot of headaches.

We didn't know if our fireplace worked and Andi went through each step so we know what to do in the future. He recommended a plumber as we were not satisfied with our last experience with one. They couldn't have been more helpful. We requested their service the day before they came as we had a deadline to meet and they came the very next day, even a little earlier than scheduled. I had confidence in their abilities. We were not rushed. We requested an email report and it was sent within two hours of their departure. What more can I say!

My experience with them was pretty good. It was easy to work with them. The reports are detailed, but there are a lot of things they leave out. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

Andy was very punctual, professional, and helpful. We received our full report with pictures and everything not too long after the inspection. The WIN reports also provide advice and maintenance tips for keeping your home in tip top shape. We also received a military discount which is awesome!

Andy had done a good job in 2006, so I called him again for my 2008 project. He arrived on time and went about his work. He's done this type of inspection a lot so he can do the job quickly and efficiently. Regardless, he is thorough and very professional. He uses an electronic clipboard to record the findings. When he's finished with the inspection, he returns to his vehicle, downloads the photos and report and prints out the final report right on the spot. Overall excellent job.
