These guys are highly skilled and experienced. Straight shooters that get the job done right and stay on schedule. Good communications , very thorough They fixed the water issue in my crawl space and also finished my garage.

Choosing Wise Choice Construction for a major structural renovation and then additional remodeling inside our rental was the BEST decision I ever made. There was never a question who I was going to call when I needed renovations at my own home a couple years later. Josh, Tom, and Frank are not only professionals but they are also willing to come out and help at the top of a hat when I needed some help back at the rental while renters were there this past summer. When they reassured me they would be out after they wrapped up their other job that day, I knew I had made the right decision when I first hired them. I keep their number handy and I STRONGLY recommend that you call them too. They are committed professionals who will get the job done the right way.

5 years ago I contacted numerous contractors to repair our structural problems with a building with 35 units.Taking Wise Choice was by far the best choice we ever made.Every year since we have had them back to do more repairs.Im so glad we found them,.Awesome work and great guys at a Fair Price!!!

I have used these contractors for a number of crawlspace issues throughout our condo community . They are professional , priced reasonably , are easy to communicate with and work with you to resolve your crawlspace issues . I would highly recommend and trust there workmanship on any job .

Window replacement. They did a great job. Work was completed professionally and on time.

The contractor was pleasant to work with , answered all my question in a manner I could understand . The price was resonable and fair. The work exceeded my expectaions and meet the contract requirements. They returned calls and were extremely easy to work with. Have used them on a 1/2 dozen job within our community.

If I could give them more stars I would! Tom and Josh were fabulous... not only did they do the foudation work (the foundation was GONE), they also did a complete ly gutted the kitchen and bathroom, and did a beautiful remodel. In addtion, they did the needed reapirs to the bedrooms, and living room including the entire ceiling -- due to the floundation issues, the cracks were all over (BEFORE they started). They got the floor to a more level position and fixed all those cracks that had been there for years. They cared about our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up after themselves and obviously took great pride in their work. We were so pleased with every aspect. They stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date on progress and issues as they arose. I am so impressed with them, I am scheduling them to do a remodel at my other home. And as an additonal note, my subcontractors (electrician, countertop guy and flooring guy also shared how impressed they were working with Tom and Josh. My other contractors mentioned that they are not use to working with such friendly people who willingly stayed and explained the project. Each one independently told me how impressed they were with Wise Choise Construction. I absolutely made the RIGHT choice -- the WISE choice in choosing them. You will not go wrong with them. They really care about the property they are working on.

I highly recommend these gentlemen! They not only repaired the water damage in our bathroom, but made it look better than before the damage! They were there for a couple of days and every afternoon when they left, there was no mess left behind of any kind! I will definitely contract with them again! Their name says it all!

Great work by Josh & Tom. Garage drywall installed with insulation - they found a leak in the process & took care of that as well. I'll be hiring them again as I need work around the house.

They are the first guy I go to whenever I need something!
