I googled to find a company in my area and his name popped up. He is a traveling con artist and got half of our neighborhood on various scams that he said he could perform the work. He wants to get paid by the hour ahead of time, and does nothing all day and very little gets done until you pay him about $2,000 and then he doesn't show back up. I confronted him and then Mr. Wise laughed and asked me if I wanted to fight for my money back. He took many people for a lot of money here on Grand Island Florida before he moved on to Oregon or back to Oregon. Don't ever trust this lazy scammer. He did about 1 hour's worth of work in 3 days and charged me $45 an hour to do it considering I wasn't home to babysit him.
