My mst shower leaked into the bedroom walls. They not only built a beautiful stone leak proof shower but remediated mold, replaced drywall & painted. They guys were polite & skilled. I was so please with the work they did that I had them paint exterior of my house! Great job! I would highly recommend this company!

8/7/2018 Services contracted for a small job was not completed as agreed. Then I was threatened that a lien will be put on my house if payment wasn’t made in full. Contractor Ryan Howard is operating with a license owned by someone else. Let me FORWARN everyone DO NOT HIRE this Contractor unless you want your work done half *** or not completed all the way…. I hired this Ryan cause he told me that it was a small job and he could get what I needed done in the time frame allotted. (Easy Pease is what he said) So I hired him to install a couple of vanities and paint the kitchen and master cabinets and install granite in the kitchen.. I signed the estimate on 7/14 and I told him and he agreed I needed it all done by July 30th. Delay after delay on the granite and days without anyone showing up to do the rest of the work. I made it clear I wanted the kitchen and master cabinets done with a 4step process (Deglaze, Sand, Primer and painted with enamel paint) the proper way it should be done and he only deglazed a couple of cabinets and used a latex paint. Which now the paint is peeling and I had to finish the job because no work was done and I was tired of waiting on him. I ended up finishing a final coat of paint on the cabinets and mounting the cabinet doors in the master. His worker was working on install a vanity in the upstairs bathroom and turned off the main water line since he was working on the plumbing and after the worker left and told me to turn the main water line back on, the upstairs was flooded from a valve been left open and Ryan NEVER once came over to see the damages and refused to admit that it was his co-worker fault and refused to fix any of the water stains in the ceiling on the first floor caused by the water leak… After I refused to pay for work that wasn’t completed and he threatened me on putting a lien on my home. BEWARE!!!!!!! Ryan will tell you whatever you want to get the job and then gives you half *** work and never even shows up to check on the progress of the job or the quality of the work.. And to top it off I was told by one of employees that he doesn’t even have a contractor license and hes using someone else’s contractor license. I checked [*** Link removed ***] and couldn’t find anything under W.J. Howard Contracting, LLC or W.J. Howard or WJ Howard contracting or Ryan Howard or any other way.

Arrived on time as scheduled and knocked out the removal and replacement of all baseboards in the house in 1 day. Communication was easy and payment via Square made things simple.

I am SO glad I hired Ryan. His estimate was more reasonable than others and his work quality OUTSTANDING. I was so surprised how quickly and accurately he and his assistant Rene worked. He made sure the work was spotless before he left and I already have him lined up for more complex projects because I am confident he will do a good job. He called when he said he would call, showed up on time, had reasonable rates, and did a great job - what more could you want? I have unfortunately learned that not all contractors offer that.

Ryan and his crew were awesome. They remodeled my master bathroom and it turned out wonderful. Our home is old and with any old home you do not know what issues you will encounter. Well there were several issues and Ryan and his crew did a tremendous job fixing them and did it without any drama. The job was delayed an extra week but that is expected when you remodel and run into issues. Ryan and his crew were knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I would highly recommend this company for any job large or small. In fact, I had them return a few weeks later for another job in the den. I was fortunate to find such a good company for we have had poor workmanship from other companies in the past.

We were so pleased with the job that W.J. Howard Contracting did. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a remodel. We were kept informed of all aspects of the job as the work progressed. I felt the team cared about the remodel. The ceiling area where the wall was removed looks like it never was there by eyeing the overall ceiling witch made us very happy. They listen to what the homeowner wants and makes it happen.

Went great! They are highly experienced and extremely affordable plus very professional on top of everything. Getting a bid from them now for tile work in both of my shower The whole crew is great. Love working with Ryan and Tim. ZERO issues!! And they worked in my house for several months ! Very reliable and the follow up with each project was very thorough. Highly recommend !!

Mike showed up on time and promptly went to work. The supply lines I bought weren't the right size but luckily he had some in his truck that fit perfectly! The shower handle gave him trouble when the screw broke off while removing it. He was able to find a replacement in his truck and now I'm not wasting gallons of water daily. Thank you!!!! :)
