Excellent. He understood exactly what we wanted, sent us plans, and a very fair price (included delivery and installation - no hidden charges). Walter sent us photos of the work in progress and there were no surprises when it came time for delivery, installation, and fine tuning. He clearly loves what he does and it is reflected in the quality of his work.
