Brick, Stone or Block Wall Installation
$20,000
James and team come out to my property and build a custom retaining wall out of stone and concrete also they put down seed and straw around the house, planted my hillside and put down mulch. They guys are very creative when putting the wall together. I highly recommend WNC Stone Works for any landscaping or hardscaping project you may have.

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps Installation
$30,000
WNC Stone Works did an amazing job excavating out my hillside, grading my patio area and laying down a custom paver patio. They have mastered the craftsmanship and have a fine eye to detail. From the communication from the initial visit, throughout the project and to the completion we have been very happy.

Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
$3,500
I had a few bushes planted and asked to grow grass....$3500 and my yard is very small, less than 1/3 archer with a 1550 sq ft house, 3 decks, 48 ft ramp, pool and 2 more ramps in the back yard and 10 x 15' shed. Check out the pics, I was watering for 2 years and even put more seed and fertilizer out myself. They tried to tell me it was my fault - when they first planted the bushes, while talking to James, he tells me his guys do a 2 minute watering on all plants while we are watching one if his guys water my newly planted butterfly bush for less than 20 seconds - and does not come back to water more. There is grass growing in my drive way, not in my yard. His guys walked around with bandanas on their faces, spewing lime and seed everywhere.I informed James that my yard needed aeration at the least and probably topsoil. He did come back the 2nd year, once, and put more seed and fertilizer down. I sent them the pics of my yard and asked for some sort of refund or help. NO.
Response from WNC Stone Works, LLC
"Andrea, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We?re sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with the project. Our team completed the work exactly as contracted, followed our standard installation and watering procedures, and returned the following season to apply additional seed and fertilizer at no cost. Several statements in your review do not reflect what actually occurred. During the planning process, we recommended additional work?such as soil preparation and aeration?to support healthy grass growth. You declined those recommendations and chose the lowest?cost option instead. When we returned three weeks later for the final payment, you held the payment until you confirmed you were fully satisfied with the work. At that time, you paid in full with no complaints or concerns raised. It is also important to clarify that the decline of the lawn occurred only after non?recommended material was added to the yard. This addition breached the terms of the contract and directly damaged the grass, making it impossible for us to guarantee results or correct the issue under warranty. Over time, communication became increasingly hostile, and we ultimately issued a formal dismissal?of?client letter because we could no longer maintain a productive or respectful working relationship. Even so, we stand by the work completed and the efforts made to address your concerns."

WNC STONE WORKS, LLC is a great company to do business with! WNC did a great job replacing my failed retaining wall. Service and scheduling were prompt and timely. The estimate was done by the owner who was very willing to work with us on staying within budget. James and his team were very personable, professional and a great pleasure to work with. Skill, efficiency, responsiveness, reliability, dependability and ease of communication were the qualities characterized by all involved with this project. James was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to completion. The work was completed within the time-frame initially given. When the project was finished clean-up was superb! I have NEVER experienced such a thorough clean-up previous contractors! I highly recommend WNC STONE WORKS, LLC

WNC Stone Works provided exceptional workmanship and customer service for a small landscaping project. James, the landscaper, assessed the area and suggested perennials that will thrive there. The promptness and professionalism of James (and Megan at the office) were much appreciated. The project was completed in just a few hours, exceeding our expectations and replacing an eyesore with a beautiful garden area to be enjoyed year after year.

We recently hired WNC Stone Works for a small landscaping project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. James, the landscaper, assessed the area that needed work and provided suggestions for perennials that would thrive there. His expertise was evident from the start. What impressed us the most was the promptness and professionalism displayed by James and Megan at the office. We were presented a detailed estimate on the same day as our initial consultation, which was greatly appreciated. On the day of the project, James arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work. Despite the project’s scope, he had it wrapped up in just a few hours, demonstrating efficiency and skill. The end result exceeded our expectations. The landscaping looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend WNC Stone Works for their exceptional workmanship and customer service.
