i called 3 vendors and i went with rich murray <br /> i was very impressed with his workmanship <br /> he showed up when he said he was  <br /> dried up the basement very qucikly <br /> called back when he needed to <br /> his taping and sheetrock was very clean <br /> he laid down a covering on the floor throughout the house <br /> my wife was happy which made the job easier  <br /> he cleaned up after everyday  <br /> he was present and explained thoroughly what he was going to do <br /> he and his crew are very responsible and respectful  <br /> i went through a whole house reconstruction job  <br /> and rich murray is on the top of my list for vendors to work with. <br /> i have pictures of before and after if necessary. <br /> Alex S <br />

I started to notice my ceiling was starting to form a dark mold.. and i have two kids and was really panicked.  We later found it out was from the upstairs neighbors water leak.  We had it tested and we ended up finding Wolf Disaster Services.  They were very was professional, knowledgeable, and not like other contractors.  They were able to remove the problem super fast and at a great price compared to the competition. <br />

I was extremely satisfied with the service i received from Rich and the team at Wolf Disaster Services. After a minor sewage backup in my finished basement i needed professional help getting it all cleaned up especially since my young kids play there and some of the toys and other items were contaminated. <br /> Rich arrived the same day and provided a thorough examination of both the visible contamination and more impressively was able to see behind the walls without breaking the walls using a scanner of some type that can see moisture behind the walls and moldings! <br /> Using that scanner to a**** the moisture behind my walls he was able to identify many areas behind my baseboards that were contaminated with sewage that otherwise would never have been found and in time would create a big big problem... <br /> He then removed the molding and i was amazed to see that the Sheetrock was  indeed very soft from the sewage. Long story short, he cut out all the contaminated Sheetrock to clean up and decontaminate as necessary! During this process he also uncovered an area that was growing mold due to a leak in the foundation wall which he was also able to treat! <br /> I was really very impressed with the level of professionalism that i received, the tools they used and the price. Rich was very easy to deal with, he made the experience much less painful than it could have been.  The price was fair and the work got done right. <br />

Richie came to my home and was able to uncover my mold problem behind my basement wall, quickly. I got an estimate and he was able to start working within the week. He was professional and detailed so there were no surprises. The mold is now gone and I'm am grateful since it's so dangerous to breathe in and I have 4 little kids.

The entire experience was so easy and drama free. Richard, is the owner/operator, he made it a point to come to our home for a free inspection.  What I really liked about this provider, is that they too had similar issues with flooding and understood where we were coming from.  So many providers/contractors/restoration agencies were so expensive, didn't really want to understand our issues and in all honesty, I didn't want want to get ripped off again. <br /> Richard came to our home, he had up to date equipment and on the spot was able to show and prove to us how wet our foundation and floors really were.  I was in shock! We found him thru a family friend, and what we were really impressed with was that he spent 15years in corporate America working for large institutions, so he was extremely professional, so thoughtful in his approach to us and really worked with us on price. <br /> In a few short days, he was able to bring in large dehumidifiers, large air purifiers, and dryers of course.  He cleaned our crawl space and in a few days, our foundation, literally turned to another color (its TRUE color!) light gray, and dry! I had no idea this could be done.  You could almost eat off the floor.  He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and we are very pleased. <br /> We sent him to my parents house as well, as they recently have bad sandy damage AND a large roof leak that's been dripping down their bedroom for months, and i think causing them lots off issues (mold, mildew, moisture).   <br /> I don't normally post reviews, but really felt this business deserved it.
