It went great! Originally I thought the price quoted was a little on the high side, but the results were good value for the money. They did a really excellent job, with particular attention to my stated priorities--the floors and countertops look beautiful! Pleasant workers, very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I purchased an offer through Angies List that was set to expire on 10/6/2017. I called Woodbine on 10/2/2017 to schedule the cleaning. They said that they didn't have any openings that week, that I was supposed to call a week in advance, and that they would not honor the promotional value of the offer if I scheduled the cleaning for the following week. No where in the fine print of the offer did it say that appointments needed to be scheduled a week in advance. I'm still trying unsuccessfully to receive a refund for the amount paid for the offer.

This last time they did not clean certain rooms, floors, or surfaces. They folded laundry inside out, did not make a bed, did not clean our steps or hallway, left crumbs on the kitchen counter, did not dust or wipe entertainment systems or sons table etc. When I contacted them with attached pictures of the missed cleaning areas and surfaces, they refused to come back and re-do or reimburse us. Very unprofessional responses via email. I asked who the owner was and for them to contact me and was left hanging.

Maureen and her staff did a great job. She did everything I asked her to do and some. She arrived on the job early. My appointment was for 2pm and she arrived at 1pm. She's very patient. She waited for me to arrive to the location, which wasn't far because I lived down the street from the new house. However, we had one problem. I didn't have the right key to the house, so she was willing to wait for about 15-20 minutes for me to go back to the house and get the right key. I would certainly recommend her to others.

They did a great job. They worked hard. 2 people came out. Open of them was the scheduler/owner. She left towards the end of the job. She said that she would come back to pick up the other worker. But she took over an hour to come back.

Great! They were incredibly thorough and detail oriented, I couldn't believe how much better both houses looked after they came through. Only one small hiccup: a shade was torn on a guest room window, but they didn't mention it to me and I didn't notice it until the real-estate agent came to take pictures. Had to postpone pictures and the listing because of it.

the initial appointment to clean my sisters bathrooms had to be rescheduled by both parties due to weather issues or medical issues. When they finally came out May 4th (service was paid for in advance in Feb 2017) they stated they could not due the work and would have to re-bid. My sister is partially paralyzed and unable to do the work herself which is why we hired someone. Follow up emails received no response. Very disappointed in this experience. We paid for something that we did not receive.

"It is not often that we respond to a customer to reviews we prefer sometimes to let the review speaks for itself. It is also not often that we visit a job site and is unable to do the job. It is very unfortunate that your sister is disabled and we sympathize with her situation but it is imperative that homes with disable family members be maintained, it cannot be left unattended to for months or even years which is what seem to have happen in this case. This home which we had to enter through 3 locked doors had so much clutter, dirt, dust cat litter, pee, the odor suffocating, we were contracted to clean the bathrooms and kitchens, there was no where clean with all the clutter and heavy dust and dirt , the linoleum in the bathroom had disintegrated into dirt, there was fecal matter in the tub, cat litter and buckets, the kitchen had so much clutter and dirt and dust there is no way in our opinion we would have had a impact as far as cleaning in that home, further more we deem is unsanitary and unsafe to endure the odor for any duration of time it would take to clean( and we have the pics) to proof it. Your sister instructed us not to contact you because she did not want to bother you and that is why we never did. Very unfortunate situation."
