<p>They have a big vacuum so dust does not go everywhere. You can choose your color.  They look great. The price is reasonable, great. They contain the dust and has a dust containment system so the dust gets sucked out right away. There was no dust from them. They even give you a mug.</p>

The gentlemen came the day after I called to give me a quote.  We had gotten several quotes and theirs was not the cheapest was several hundred less than the most expensive bid that we received.  I called in mid October and request that the work be done before Thanksgiving.  They were not sure if they could squeeze me in but somehow managed to get the floor done before the first weekend of November.  They used a sandfree sander so there was minimum dust.  The floor looks like new again.  I would definitely use this company again if the need arose. <br />

Excellent coordination and timely Service.  Personnel were extremely professional and courteous. <br />

Overall, I was pleased with their work.  My floors looked great for awhile, but now there are visible gaps and cracking of filler. <br /> <br /> Here are the few issues: <br /> <br /> 1.  After the final clearcoat dried, I found many areas which were very rough to the touch, especially in the corners.  I don't think I should have been the one to tell them.   They should have noticed this.  It was fixed immediately and looks great. <br /> <br /> 2.  It was mentioned during our conversations that I need to keep the humidity even all year round.  It even said so in the contract, but I never dreamed that my floor would shrink and leave 1/4" gaps showing cracks where they put filler into these openings.  Now the filler has dropped down between the boards and I don't think this can ever be fixed.    I just wish they would have told me that they used filler (all over) and that this could happen.  I would have invested in a whole house humidifier instead of just putting in small room humidifiers during the winder. <br /> <br /> In summary, I would highly recommend them, but would hope that they tell their customer EVERYTHING so the customer can protect their investment.

They had a dustless system. They were the least expensive initially. They seemed to know what they were doing. I was happy with the finished product and they cleaned up after themselves.

IF I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLOORING WAS VERY GOOD. I CONTINUE TO FIND PROBLEMS WITH THE REFINISHED PARTS. THERE WERE PAINT CHIPS, MARKS, AND "PUDDLING" IN THE TOP COAT.

REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO HOUSE AS SCHEDULED TO ACCESS PROJECT AND PROVIDED ITEMIZED ESTIMATE. WAS VERY WILLING TO ADJUST PRICE BASED ON DESIRED COMPONENTS. HOUSE WAS EMPTY DURING PROJECT AND VENDOR WAS WILLING TO WORK WITHIN TIGHT MOVING DAY DEADLINE. CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED PROJECT ON SCHEDULE. QUALITY OF CARPENTRY FOR NEW STEPS AND LANDING WERE EXCEPTIONAL. PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES GATHERED. DUST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM WAS EXTRA COST, BUT WELL WORTH THE PRICE. VERY LITTLE CLEANUP WAS NECESSARY WHEN PROJECT WAS COMPLETE. CREW DID LEAVE BEHIND A BIT OF TRASH FROM LUNCHES, BUT NOTHING MAJOR.
